「I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the conditions were subpar, and I encountered several issues. The pool area had an unpleasant odor, and the room's refrigerator was not functioning properly, resulting in a foul smell. Additionally, the bedding was stained. I was also charged a $100 deposit beyond my initial reservation cost. I would appreciate it if you could provide a refund for the inconvenience caused.」

「The pools were nice but everything needs to be updated. From the furniture/carpets to the bathrooms in the pool area. The bathrooms looked like they were flooded. I mentioned it to the staff and they said all the fans didn’t work that would help dry the floor. The rooms have a nice set up with the small kitchen area with a full size fridge and the bed was very comfortable. For the money I don’t know if I would go back.」

「We liked the fact it was available on a holiday weekend, staff let us check in earlier. It wasn’t the cleanest room. Old looking not updated. Our bathroom sink was left with hair and it was dirty . There was a dirty towel left on the floor. Pretty gross . The bathroom door looked like in the back that someone tried to break it down. It was cracked and it didn’t close right. No refrigerator in the rooms . Towels they left didn’t seem clean. The soap they provided was pretty lame. All snd all the...
