“The studio is in an older building but has been meticulously remodeled and decorated. It is very well appointed. Perfect for families with a Murphy bed for the kids and lots of games. The pool area has been upgraded and is very comfortable and clean. It is only a few miles from Weir’s Beach, Meredith (Lake district), and the concert Pavillon. Great value. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.”

Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. “Darryl’s place in Portsmouth is lovely. Two of us stayed there, one in the bedroom and the other on the futon, both very comfortable; and, with two bathrooms it was pretty luxurious compared to having to share one hotel room as an alternative. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped and so easy to walk out the front door to roam around Portsmouth on foot. If you have kids over 12, don't expect them to be able to sleep well on that couch. When we arrived, we were supposed to be able to get in using a lock box.
