"Everything was good. Rooms could be a bit cleaner, in particular the floors felt a bit grimy. I would REALLY suggest getting better fridges. Mine didn’t even chill my drinks. "

"The apartment was perfect to stay in and so close to the Riverfront area of Greenville. It was lovely and so very clean. We would defiantly stay there again. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the thermostat needs to be lowered to maybe 70 for when it is warm outside it gets a little warm on the inside with it being set at 73. Also, the bedroom light and the closet light needs to be changed. The toilet was very loud. My husband thinks it could be due to low water pressure or maybe the fill valve is going out in the toilet. But the apartment was wonderful!! "

"Pettigru Place was such a wonderful place to stay during our trip. Our room, The Rosamunde, was so charming! The bed was comfy and everything was nice and clean. Their breakfast was absolutely phenomenal! We will definitely stay again next time we're in Greenville!"

"Very nice location. Easy access to shops, grocery stores and very short drive to downtown. Seemed safe. The house was clean.FRONT PORCH: Because the road in front of the house is a busy one, there was significant traffic noise except for very late at night or very early in the morning. Since there is no screening at all, the front porch would not be very usable in hot or cold weather.MAINTENANCE: A couple of the light fixtures had one working bulb, especially the one light in the bathroom.There was clearly a water issue in the kitchen under the sink and there was existing water damage on the quarter-round and molding beside the dishwasher. The extra roll of paper towels under the sink was wet under the plastic wrapping and mildewed. When we reported this to the owners, they said they would let their maintenance team know.COMMUNICATION: I arrived a little earlier than the 3 pm check-in time and sent the host a message asking if it was OK if I went ahead and unloaded my stuff. She was very nice and allowed me to check-in a bit earlier. There was a little confusion about the access code, as the one emailed to me AND included in the check-in instructions was not the same as the one the owner sent. Also, after we noticed the water damage on the molding and reported that, we heard nothing else from the owners at all."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. A little confusing with parking and access to the fourth floor check in. Elevators for the hotel and separate elevators for the garage. "
