Minutes from I-49, this home is conveniently located for guests to take advantage of all the amenities that Northwest Arkansas has to offer. The bike trail is at the end of the street, so no need to drive to enjoy Bella Vista's incredible trails! This property also boasts a private dock in the backyard, and the fully remodeled kitchen is perfect for a short weekend getaway or big family party!

Great house
This was a perfect spot for our weekend. We were in town for my son’s wedding, the house was a perfect location to the chapel and venue. Did not get to enjoy the lake and amenities but would be a great spot for vacation. Very clean and organized, loved the decor.

Peaceful Property
The front porch is heaven…birds singing and water down below the oak trees. Comfortable and accessible bedrooms all one floor. Exceptional host!! Kids loved fishing and kayaking…beautiful and quiet lake!

Golf trip.
We had a wonderful stay in Bella Vista. Beautiful and relaxing view from our deck. Home was very nice. Golfed on 4 different courses. All close to where we stayed. Great long weekend with friends. We would love to go back again.

Caught a huge catfish!
The house is small, but quaint. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen, bathrooms & laundry are updated. Living/nice TV room can fit 6 comfortably. The fold out sleeper chair did not work well for us, glad we brought an air mattress. Dock access has unfinished stairs, but teen kids did ok climbing to and from it. Bring your own poles! Big catfish, used hot dogs for bait! 😂
