“It was a pleasure to venture away from the ordinary hotel experience and enjoy something special and unique. We were able to experience an almost treehouse sort of adventure together, but with the same amenities as a traditional hotel/home. We loved the loft with the skylight. Highly recommend. ”

“The house fit our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the screened in deck. We ate our meals out there. Although the location is a few miles from Bella Vista town center and a few miles of windy roads to the house, it was very close to a swimming pool. We own a lot in BV and could swim there. I am not sure if you have to be a property owner to do so. We enjoyed at a yard falls and many other activities in the area. We plan to return next summer. Thank you VRBO.”

“1. Frustrated that there was no garage access to store our golfing equipment while not in use. 2. The property had no outdoor grill. We’ve been coming to BV for 15 years, first time this ever happened. 3. The property was listed as having the ability to sleep 6 people…..clearly not true. There was one decent bed; one of the other 2 was a duvet of some kind, while the other was uncomfortable. 4. The lake was not very accessible due to the steepness leading to the water. Over all the……

“We really loved the location on the lake. Beautiful view, the water is very calm, so we felt confident and comfortable using the kayaks. Our dog also came; there is a provided kennel. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels. Would stay again!”

“It was amazing! The beds, pillows, and sheets were some of the most comfortable we have ever had on a trip. It was very nice, quiet, and clean. Perfect if you want to work remotely and still be on vacation. ”

As a bird lover, I appreciated watching all the birds both in the trees nearby and the bluffs across the lake. The family enjoyed taking the kayaks over to see the bluffs and playing in the water. There's a lot to do nearby in Bella Vista and Bentonville. ”

“Everything about our trip was fantastic from beginning to end. The property is amazing … home, pool, lake- what more could you want. Our family of 14 ranging from ages six to seventy-four had a blast. All agree it was the best vacation ever! We had a minor issue with the AC unit and it was dealt with promptly. Maria was attentive to all our needs. If we are ever in Bella Vista again we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you Maria for an unforgettable week!”

“This was our species time staying at this property and it never disappoints! It is absolutely beautiful and our family was excited to return. The proximity and access to the lake is perfect. The kids have so much fun kayaking and fishing. We will definitely be back!”

We were also able to be in downtown Bentonville in 20 minutes when we wanted to go out on the town.
