“The property is very nice, beautiful surroundings. Outside very well maintained including the pool. You have privacy and to be honest, the photographs we saw in the advertisement don’t do it justice: it’s better. Inside is a bit different. First of all is that it wasn’t clear that some bedrooms where adjacent, you could only reach one by walking thru the other. The top floor bedroom was with a very low ceiling and not attractive to our girls. We have four girls, teenagers and we wanted……

“Heerlijk rustig en prachtig gelegen. Fijn en hartelijk welkom met wat lekkers! Het huisje is eenvoudig, precies als op de foto’s, voor ons was dat prima. Onze hondjes waren ook welkom en hebben genoten van de rivier en het meer en wij zelf van het zwembad.”

“This was a peaceful place with a lovely hostess who gave us some eggs from her hens. There is a tiny table with two chairs outside the door and a larger space with garden furniture under a canopy further down the garden, although this would be more comfortable if it could be contrived to put it on level ground. The living space was fine for two people.”

“We have just returned from a 2nt stay in this beautifully restored property in a quiet village location. Super welcome from the host on arrival and lovely welcome pack-a nice touch and welcome surprise! Excellent communication with Lesley before and throughout our stay. Very secure property for our 3yr old dog with large secure garden to side of property for off-street parking and occupant use only. Would also recommend a meal/drinks at Chez Julie in the village, just a short walk from the……

“Deze omgebouwde schaapskooi is in originele stijl gebleven maar is erg mooi van binnen. De oude haard en sfeer is behouden maar erg mooi opgeknapt. De 2 zwembaden hebben we ook gebruikt, beide zijn erg mooi en schoon. Prima uitgeruste keuken, grote tafel waar we alle 10 aan konden zitten. Ook de netheid was dik in orde. Een nadeel van die originaliteit is, de lage deuren. Diverse leden van ons gezelschap stootten hun hoofd. De bovenverdieping bevat een aantal slaapkamers maar ook bedden die……

Parfaitement adaptée pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants, le tout à proximité du bourg de Saint Pardoux de toutes les activités au bord du lac ! Nous l'avons d'autant plus appréciée que le temps ne nous aura pas permis d'être autant dehors que nous l'aurions souhaité... ;) Valérie est une hôte très accueillante et disponible, et toujours avec le sourire!”

“The place was ideal for us. It had the most amazing outdoor areas where we could dine and gather to relax. Temperatures reached 38 degrees and the pool area and decking had plenty of shade and beautiful views looking over the river in the distance. There were two BBQ areas and the kitchen had everything you needed. You could walk to the town where there were a number of restaurants and a short drive across the river to a local supermarket. Highly recommend.”

“Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve même en hiver. Toutes les chambres sont agréables, certaines disposant d’une salle d’eau. La propriétaire avait installé un sapin de Noël dans le grand salon où nous avons passé énormément de temps, c’était très chaleureux. La cuisine, salle à manger dispose d’une grande cheminée, nous en avons bien profité. Les balades à pieds en pleine campagne sont magnifiques Je recommande cette jolie maison, nous l’avons apprécié en plein hiver, je pense que l’été avec sa……
