Okay stay. Definitely or the cleanest or nicest hotel I've ever stayed at but for the price you pay, the view of the lake is beautiful.

We travelled through 4 hotels and this one was one that was the most special. Our journeys were a blast but we were so spoiled at this properly. Beautiful and sizable rooms. The service was amazing too!

Amazing hotel! Lots of charm and perfect location to explore the city and the lake. Could not be closer to the ferry docks, you might have to park a few minutes away from the hotel if you have a car

One of the few bright spots in our otherwise horrific Italy trip. Very nice hotel with an incredible balcony view of the lake. Nice staff which was rare in Italy and incredible quaint town. Easy to take the ferry across to the other side and head up to SUI for the day because the ferry is right next to hotel. The power situation was very odd which prevents the 5 star... You have to have a key plugged into the wall to activate the power which means if you're out of the room you have no power to charge devices, etc.

Needs a bit of attention. First room had a faint but distinct sewage odor. Given another room. Second room toilet paper rack broken, some slat inserts in hard wood floor missing. Neither room had functioning towel warmer. The staff was exceptional, the location great. Included breakfast had more than adequate choices, both food and drink. Needs a bit of TLC.
