The Space:
Our luxury boutique resort two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is 1162 square feet and was thoughtfully designed to feel like home. Featuring a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, two master suites (1 king bed in the first master suite and 2 twin XL beds in the second master suite), a washer and dryer, and more, this floor plan can comfortably accommodate your entire extended family vacation or company retreat.

Guest Access:
Our property features resort-style amenities including a putting green, gym, yoga classes, BBQ grill, sauna, cold plunge, hot tubs, rooftop decks, and fire pits, providing everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

The Neighborhood:
Bellaire, Michigan offers the perfect blend of natural beauty and small-town charm. Enjoy views of Torch Lake, one of the largest and clearest lakes in Michigan, where you can enjoy swimming, boating, and fishing.

Take a stroll through our historic downtown and discover quaint shops, galleries, and restaurants. Bellaire is also home to several world-class golf courses, ski resorts, and hiking trails, making it the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts. In the winter months, experience skiing and snowboarding at nearby Shanty Creek Resorts, while in the summer months explore the stunning landscapes and trails in the Glacial Hills Pathway.

Our neighborhood is also home to a variety of festivals and events throughout the year, including the Short’s Anniversary Party, Antrim County Fair, and the Bellaire Farmers Market. Whether you're looking for an outdoor adventure or a relaxing getaway, Bellaire has something for everyone. Getting Around:
The nearest airport for charter and private airplanes is Antrim County Airport and for commercial airlines is Cherry Capital Airport, located approximately 45 miles away in Traverse City, MI. The most convenient way to get to our property would be to rent a car or take a taxi/ride-share service from the airport. JJ’s Limousine Service is available for your transportation needs as well.

Our property offers free parking, so you can easily park your rental car during your stay with us.

Additionally, some attractions in the area, such as downtown Bellaire, can be easily explored on foot.

Whatever your preferred mode of transportation, we are happy to provide more information and assist you in getting to our property.

Other Things to Note:
Accessibility: Before booking a reservation, please note that there are stairs required to enter our studio units. There is no elevator on the property, however, our two bedroom units are ground-level and some do meet ADA accessibility requirements. If you need an ADA accessible unit, please contact us.

Pets: Guests with their fur babies are only allowed to stay in designated pet-friendly units. The pet fee is $150 and non-refundable. A maximum of two pets are permitted per unit. Dog breed restrictions apply.

All pet vaccinations, especially anti-rabies must be current and valid. A vaccination certificate and a photo of the pet(s) must be emailed to Spillway Lodges prior to check-in.
All pets must be clean, well-groomed, and completely free of fleas and ticks. Pets should not be in heat during the time of check-in. Pets should not have been sick in the last 72 hours.
The guest must clean up after their pet and dispose of any waste in secured disposable bags. The guest must also keep their pet’s “relief” outings to the designated trash bin provided (“Dog Waste Station”) by Spillway Lodges.
Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times within the public areas. Pets are strictly prohibited in the following common and recreational areas: guest reception, putting green, hot tubs, sauna, cold plunge, yoga studio, and gym.
