On the main floor, an open-plan living and dining area welcomes you with a sofabed, a dining table, and direct access to both the garden and a balcony. The open kitchen is fully integrated into this living space. The single bathroom on this level is equipped with a shower and WC. A steep staircase leads to the top floor, where an open gallery with sloping ceilings houses 2 single beds and 1 double bed, along with a small balcony and a large terrace of 16 m2. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas on the upper level are located in an open-plan gallery space. The apartment offers 1 bathroom in total.
