"Exceptional service. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the the area and provided us with great recommendations. They provided us shuttle service to the town over where we went to their restaurant. Great food! Overall, highly recommend this hotel."

"Location - excellent Breakfast - fantastic Housekeeping service - need improvement. The housekeeping will not be finished until after 3pm during our stay. The coffee cups have never been clean during our stay."

太遠啦～
"距離火車站實在太遠啦～我地拖住個行李箱,仲要行埋好多難地,差D驚個行李箱爛呀…起碼行咗差唔多大半個鐘先到,(已經無行錯路)去到準時無一點都無人係到幫您Check in, 但旅館小姐都好親切,仲會介紹附近食市和折扣,間房雖然都唔算大(包埋廚房)不過都算整齊!"

"Clean and authentic old world italy No beach access to lake unless u take a ferry and then if you do take a ferry you have to walk very long way or pay a hundred Euros for 4 people to sit down at the beach...Como is way to crowded...way to expensive to really enjoy...Torno is cute but micro sized ..."
