“This property was close to the French Quarter and had plenty of room to accommodate a family with three basically adult children. Proximity to night life and grocery was perfect. Most of nightlife in immediate vicinity was 21 and up but walking distance to restaurants with great jazz music that the teens enjoyed (Maison). Enjoyed the late night eats at Liberation taco around the corner. Would stay here again.”

“The house was charming and so New Orleans. We loved the decor. The house had everything we needed and two bathrooms which was great. Being only 4 blocks to the streetcar was wonderful as we didn’t have to drive in the city. We used the streetcar on four of our days in NOLA. Being seniors, it only cost 80 cents for an all day pass. The backyard was private and well appointed. We sat out there several times. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. There were only two concerns. The……

“Older historic property with plenty of room, and it is close to the quarter. We had no problem walking over or taking rideshares to where we wanted to go. Something to note - Bring a white noise machine. The highway does get pretty noisy, and it seemed like people liked to use the main road outside to race in the evening. We brought a white noise machine with us and that helped drown out the noise immensely.”

“When we arrived at this beautiful property I quickly decided I'd be okay to never leave. The architecture of this 1870's historical home was just stunning, and the decor was minimalistic and inviting. The house invites you in with a cozy, plant-laden porch where I enjoyed sipping coffee and watching the people pass by. You step into a living room with a couch and chair and a large TV with images so crisp you feel like the people are in the room. Next is a dining area where we had our meals……

The house is very very clean and we REALLY appreciated the washer and dryer onsite as we were caught in a huge rainstorm and it was so nice to be able to head to our cruise with dry clothes! “First, this home was cute and very convenient inside. There’s an incredible kitchen overlooking the living room well-equipped with leather recliner sofas and a TV. It was perfect for a Thanksgiving getaway. The bathrooms were well-equipped as well. The beds are fine if you don’t have a picky or light sleeper. (My husband woke up every time I got out of or in bed.) We weren’t thrilled with the front gate and front door since both were so difficult to open, and I couldn’t physically open/close the……

The place was beautiful, clean, welcoming, well furnished with comfy beds, well decorated, and in a great location that felt safe. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and serving. Streetcar line steps from the door making getting around very easy. We do not use much of the on site amenities but location is awesome.
