“Our room was large with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff overseeing the breakfast was very helpful and polite. There was a small issue with our room, but maintenance fixed it immediately. Excellent facility, staff, and amenities.”

“Pool was broken and employees kept saying a few more hours, few more hours. So dissapointed 5 year old. Shower door was malfunctioning and when reported was told maintenance would be up next morning. So it was never fixed making it extremly difficult to help a 5 year old get cleaned. Went to front desk, complained and told to contact expedia for some compensation..was told upon checkout there was a refund sent to expedia but never told how to get refund. Can u help with this?”

“Air condion was not working inside room temperature was 90 Degree F... Windows did not open properly and window sills were dirty .. they put a loud fan in the room .. couldn't sleep all night .. I should get refund”
