“This is a great place to stay for a night or a year. Its conveniently located near a convenience store, the amenities are fantastic and its clean. My only recommendation for staff is to triple-check the cleanliness of the towels. Because this is a new property, you still have time to ensure this small issue is corrected immediately. I appreciate the accommodation and look forward to my next visit.”

“A delightful property, immaculate and convenient. We’ll definitely stay again when visiting our daughter!”

“The host was an excellent communicator, accommodating of my questions. The neighborhood was really nice and the game room area was fun. Im a very big person and the showers were comfortable for me, as well as couches! Backyard is GORGEOUS. The place was spotlessly clean and well provisioned. If the host decided to stock a few more towels it would be a boon (women tend to use 2 because of longer hair) but thats obviously a SUPER minor thing.Having fans in the topmost bedroom was a nice touch as……

“Would definitely stay here again. Host is very responsive by text/app. Quiet street right off of Nassau. Couldn’t ask for more.”

“Great location close to town. Parking is perfect. We walked almost everywhere. The unit was definitely big enough for 2 of us. Great kitchen setup tho we didn’t cook since so many great restaurants close by.”

“Very nice clean and affordable price we enjoy a lot thank you so much ”

“Very conveniently located near Princeton downtown. The place was comfortable, clean and the host was very responsive. With ample parking in the back, overall a great stay.”

“Great location, we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to visit”

“Spacious apartment within a large house. Very clean located in a quiet area outside Princeton.”

“Spacious, recently renovated one bedroom apartment in the heart of Princeton. Very clean and comfortably furnished and equipped. Easily walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. The only available overnight parking was several blocks away, which wasn’t a big deal for us. We enjoyed our brief stay.”

“A comfortable, clean and well equipped house in a great location. The host was welcoming and the communication excellent.Highly recommend this house for a stay in Princeton.”

“Very clean and comfortable apartment. good for a stopover night on our way to Philadelphia.”

“The home is quaint and was clean, but badly needs new mattresses, bedding, and pillows. All rooms were musty and allergic. I think cleaner window air-conditioning units/filters would help. The suggestive paintings in the bedrooms are uncomfortable for teens. The family we went with was so uncomfortable that they booked a hotel. Communication was terrific.”

“Great property with lots of space and things to do. My large group had no issues with check in or comfort. Tom was also very easy to communicate with, and accommodating. I highly recommend booking this listing.”
