Thank you for considering "Belle of the Beach" for your vacation! You are sure to love staying in this truly beautiful, 3-story home that comes with use of our private beachfront with soft sand, shallow entry, & calm waters. We have 5 sweet bedrooms and 4.5 baths; we can accommodate 11 to 13 guests. We provide a ton of amenities included with your rental. We're perfectly situated on the shores of Onset Bay and we're a short & picturesque walk to Onset Village in Upper Cape Cod. Know what that means?! Yup, no bridges!

Spend your days on our beach or exploring Cape Cod, then come back to rinse off in our enclosed, outdoor shower (hot & cold H2O). Retire to our gorgeous wrap-around porch & beautifully landscaped lawn or patio to grill up the days’ catch or play a game of cornhole & watch the sunset. For the early bird or for the night owl…take a stroll to nearby Onset Village for shopping, ice cream, a meal or drinks and lively music at one of the many restaurants.

The beauty of this oceanfront home, private beach AND a short walk to all of the amenities in Onset Village--you have the recipe for a fun & memorable vacation! Truly, all the beauty, beach & fun with none of the hassle.

“Belle of the Beach” boasts sunny rooms, central AC, stunning views, semi-private beach, eat-in-kitchen, dining & living rooms, sleeping porch, sunroom, laundry room, 5 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms and more! Each room is tastefully decorated in a classy beach vibe. Check-out the incredible master bedroom suite which offers 2 Juliette balconies—one has a spectacular view of Onset Bay and Wickets Island. We have Wi-Fi & a SMART TV w/streaming, & plenty of games for everyone.

While you're here, enjoy a scenic cruise aboard The Monhegan for a tour of Buzzard’s Bay & the famous Cape Cod Canal. You can bring your own (or rent) kayaks or SUP’s and paddle around picturesque Onset Bay & nearby islands.

While there’s plenty to do locally, we're a quick 8 minute drive to the Bourne Bridge. So, take a drive to explore the many attractions in mid, lower & outer Cape Cod like Water Wizz, Mass Audubon's Great Neck Wildlife Sanctuary, Bourne Scenic Park, Scusset Beach State Reservation, Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge, The Knob, Sandy Neck Lighthouse, Museums at Aptucxet, Lyman Reserve, the restaurants and shops, and museums in Sandwich, Falmouth, Plymouth, Marion, etc. There is so much to explore!

Pack light because we provide you with almost everything you’ll need. Just bring your own food & beverages, cooler, beach towels & some beach chairs...and your sunblock!

Please note we’re a pet-free & a non-smoking property*. We offer overnight stays from just a few nights up to 4 consecutive weeks depending on the time of year.

**Please note: Use of our semi-private beach is limited to the beachfront that is commensurate with the width of our home.
*Additionally, we do not allow for the smoking/vaping or use of any tobacco, marijuana or other substances on the property. We are also a pet-free property; if you have a service animal, please contact the owner.

o You'll enjoy private driveway parking for 3-4 cars; overnight street parking is allowed on Myrtle Street (we're on the corner of South Water and Myrtle Streets)

2. Onset Village and downtown Wareham:
o Walk to quaint Onset Village—shop at local retail stores and art studios, dine at one of the many restaurants & night life venues, grab an iced coffee or ice cream, head to the penny candy store…or stroll along the boardwalk, rent a kayak or SUP, take a sunset cruise, etc…all within a very short walk from Belle of the Beach.
o Hop in your car and head to additional retail shopping, dining, nightlife and fun in downtown Wareham and also along Cranberry Highway

3. The remainder of Cape Cod:
o There's so much to explore...we can help curate your day trips to shops, museums, attractions in nearby Sandwich, Mashpee, Plymouth, Falmouth, Woods Hole, Chatham, Orleans, Provincetown or ferry on over to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket for a day trip!

B.: We provide all of the amenities you could ask for including:
o Kitchen, bed & bath linens (hair dryers, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, sheets, pillows, blankets, hand towels, face cloths, bath towels) Please bring your own beach towels.
o Fully appliance kitchen including a beverage fridge
o Cooking oils and a good assortment of spices, plastic wrap, tinfoil, parchment paper, etc
o Cooking gadgets including frother, lobster pot, griddle, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, mixing bowls, hand mixer, kettle, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, Margaritaville blender, margarita, martini & wine glasses, drink pitchers, cake stand, ceramic & melamine dishware for your choice of indoor/outdoor dining, serving trays, cake stand, food storage containers, cutting boards, etc.
o Detergents: hand soaps, dish & laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, cleansers

FIRST FLOOR: MAIN LIVING & GATHERING SPACES

• Spacious, sunny & gorgeous eat-in-kitchen with seating for 6+; furnished with all amenities including: gas stove, refrigerator, beverage fridge, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, kettle, griddle, coffee maker, Margaritaville blender, lobster pot, all cutlery including steak knives, utensils and cooking gadgets, mixing bowls, electric hand mixer, cutting boards, gadgets, pots & pans, muffin & cake tins, cake stand, trifle bowl, melamine and ceramic dinnerware, wine & margarita glasses, serving bowls & trays, drink pitchers, cooking oils, spices, etc.

• Sun-filled dining room with open concept & beautiful views of the ocean and into kitchen, patio, dining area. The dining table seats 6+ and there’s a beautiful built-in hutch where you’ll find games, place mats, electrical outlets, etc.

• 2nd dining area w/spectacular ocean views; seats 4

• Comfy living room with plenty of seating & direct ocean views

• Sunroom with built-in window seat for 2+ people ( located next to formal dining room)

• Sunny “sleeping porch” comes with a twin daybed & twin trundle, and a small café table; it’s an incredibly cozy place to read, play games or to take a snooze while listening & watching the ocean. This room has direct access to wrap-around porch; all of the windows and slider door have shades/curtains for privacy.

2ND FLOOR: 3 BEDROOMS each w/private 3 BATHROOMS, & LAUNDRY ROOM

patio w/seating & grill. The property is fully fenced in so keeping an eye on small children is a breeze.
