"They took my full deposit when we only stayed for 6 hours slept there and left. They did not even have towels, charged me extra for two people instead of one. Overall terrible experience would never recommend or go back. "

"I booked for 3/9-3/10/26. We arrived today and were told the reservation was for last night. I’m Very clear that I selected a stay fo tonight. I have no idea how it got changed to last night. Please refund me in full for the incorrect reservation last night. "

"Checking in was great. Nice clerk, nice room. Then rain came & water was leaking. Moved us to a horrible dirty room! And not friendly about it. This room was so dirty, towels not in bathroom in closet on top of safe, peeling ceiling & wallpaper. Couldn’t even put your toothbrush on the counter. Did not book a handicapped room. I would never recommend this hotel. One nice spot was Chrissy in the restaurant. She was bartender, waitress & bus staff. She was awesome. Everything was sticky & dirty. We didn’t even shower. "

"The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning."

"Host was pretty responsive and kind. We did have some issues with double booking, but the host fixed it. The main issue we had wasn’t with the home or host. The VRBO displayed the incorrect address and it took us an hour out of our way. The home itself was clean. They had a lot of kitchen supplies and equipment. The garage area was very neat. It does need one more working heater. The blackstone needs a good cleaning. The darts were broken. So some amenities need some TLC. The location was central to where we needed it for our family, but stores are about a 15 minute drive to and 15 minute drive back. We liked all the sitting area in the living room. They need a couple TV’s in the bedrooms. They had lots of clean towels, pillows, and blankets. We enjoyed our stay overall. "
