“The room was plain and as expected. Recently had a renovation. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding and varied during the four days that we stayed there. The reason we did not rate to stay a 10 is 99% due to the TV system they have at this location. It is webb based and defies comprehension in terms of being explained or used. It was usually the talk of the day at breakfast from fellow travelers who expressed the same frustration at not being able to find the correct channel. I……

“The staff was great. Room was clean and the hotel was quiet so you could get a good night's sleep.”

“Arrived and was given a key to a room that was already occupied. Then was given another room the door know broke and door lock didn't work only the safety lock. Refrigerator lamp were dirty and ice bucket had unknown red substance it. We checked in at 230 am so was too tired to do anything. The next morning the desk clerk apologized and advised the mamsger would be in in a few hours. Called back several hours and manager still was not in. Was advised it would be better to email”

“Staff was inviting and friendly. Room was well decorated in margaritaville theme as was the entire hotel. Room could have had a more thorough cleaning, but the beds seem fresh and were very comfortable. Area was like a small beach town. We only stayed a night passing through but would love to stay here longer and enjoy this hotel.”

“The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The beach access was very nice. The room was very clean, and useful for what we needed. It was very close to some nice dinner places and night life fun. It is a nice quaint motel. Other people there that we met were very friendly. We liked the fact that it is a pet friendly Motel. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Upon walking in you will find random, old light fixtures that don't work, curtain rods falling in half so you can't shut the curtains, nasty toilet seats, holes in the walls, no comforters (only a sheet), a shower that none of my family would step foot in. Now, the property....the pool had a hazard sign on the gate from the city that it is not safe to swim in. Staff was not friendly at check-in. We tried to stay elsewhere, but nothing was available. We will NEVER be back. And it wasn't even……

“Wir hatten eine Kakerlake im Zimmer. Nach einer Beschwerde gab man uns ein Zimmer, in welchem geschnittene Nägel vor dem Bett lagen. Das dritte Zimmer roch feucht, so dass ich um 1:30 Uhr morgens schließlich um einen Staubsauger bat und die Nägel selbst wegsaugte. General Managerin war am Morgen sehr hilfreich und wir konnten problemlos mit einem Refund vorzeitig abreisen.”
