Lovely for a writing retreat
We stayed here for a writing retreat and it was great, with a nice nature park and various areas for walking, stores close by, and plenty of room for everyone to have a private bedroom and space to work.

Great house with plenty of bedrooms for skiing Sun Valley
Older house with plenty of nick nacks, warm and very clean. Spacious bedrooms, well stocked with supplies for cooking and meals. We liked the town of Bellevue, the easy access to the house and Mahoney's bar was right around the corner as were some other restaurants. It was convenient to drive up to Sun Valley for skiing everyday with only a 25 minute drive. Just watch your speeds as its pretty well enforced. Maggie was great to deal with and the one item we asked for (gas grill) they took out for us and made sure it had gas. Our group really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back when in the area again.

Excellent
Our second time staying here, and it was as excellent as the first. The house is very comfortable and clean, the check-in process was simple, and communication with the host was prompt. I was even mailed an item I had left behind at the property, I'm very impressed and sure to return.

Group stay
Our group of parents and girls stayed here last year during a weekend tournament and by far it was the top choice to stay again this year. It's feels like "home"!

Great place, great location
Had a great stay and would book again. It truly was Grandma's house, Complete with random books from generations throughout the house. It was like a time capsule and I would not change a thing. We had 3 families with our kids up for a hockey tournament for 3 nights and splitting the cost it was cheaper than a hotel and much more comfortable.

Family Thanksgiving.
A time to gather and Margaret’s place suited our needs perfectly. We don’t have a large enough house to host my entire family so we were trying to find something close by. Margarets place was 3 blocks away and we could easily walk back and forth which was wonderful. Super cozy and quaint. Thanks!

Excellent
Refreshing charm in this home. It is comfortable, welcoming, and feels familiar, like visiting your own grandparents' house. A relaxing and effortless stay. The yard is lovely, private, and quiet. Excellent location, we enjoyed the out-the-door access to the paved multi-use trail and the ability to walk to several local restaurants. Everything was as-advertised in the home, there were no difficulties or unpleasant surprises. There were, however, good surprises: the size of the lovely yard and the breadth and scope of the books in the home were wonderful to discover. This home feels like a loving tribute to the family who lived here.

Just like Grandma's
It was truly like staying at Grandma's house, in the best way possible. We had 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen can become a bit of a bottle neck, but the house itself is very large. We like to cook and this is the most well stocked kitchen I've seen in a rental. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was just lovely.

Quaint and comfy, fun yard for kids
Despite some mishaps with communication and checking in, we ended up really enjoying our stay. The house accomodated our group of extended family and the kids had SO much fun with the toys in the double attic bedroom and running around and swinging in the yard. The house has a lot of vintage furnishings and decor which was fun but the beds were pretty comfy and modern. Overall, enjoyed it. Location was great. Would come again.

Old but still nice
Staying here was like living in a museum. It was very old but fun to show the kids. They found antiques everywhere. The place had everything we needed and was smack in the middle of Bellevue which was an adorable little town full of super kind people. We enjoyed waking around the area. The only down side is that with the antiques came the “old stuff” smell. The home could have used some airing out. But if that doesn’t bother you this is a great find. It was quirky and fun. Oh, and the house plants were beautiful 😁!

Great stay at Grandmas house
Our host Maggie is fantastic and communicated really well before and during our stay. The house is as expected and fit our group comfortably. There is only one shower (this is called out in the listing), so be mindful of that if traveling in a large group, otherwise the home is perfect.

Family Christmas escape
This was beautiful! Winter wonderland, clean well cared for property next to the walking/ski path which we used several times in the three days. Bellevue is close to the sun valley fun and removed enough to be quietly enjoyed. Maggie and her family were so attentive, check in was simple and slick we had a fuse get tripped and she had family come get it set again on a Saturday morning when I’m sure they had better things to do. Thank you!!!!!

Cozy and great location
Great place to stay in Bellevue. Well stocked house and one you can tell that the owners love. Nice little yard for the dogs (but not fenced FYI) with a walking trail nearby. Very comfortable and would definitely rent again.

Grandma’s House was great
We found this property to be perfect for our needs. As fly fishers, we wanted to be close to where we would be fishing. It was perfect, close to the creek and to Haley and Ketchum. The street is quiet and the house large enough for a good sized group. Looking forward to a return visit.

Five grandmas in the grandma’s house
It was the perfect place for 5 high school friends to spend a few days sharing and reminiscing. Comfy living room, super well stocked kitchen and a house that made us feel like we were visiting our grandma. Comfy beds, nice fire pit and super quiet neighborhood.

Nice older home in quiet town
Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable house near hailey and Ketchum. Found the neighborhood quiet despite nearness of road. Traffic drops off at night. Nice park nearby and biking trail next to house. Would recommend if you are happy out of tourist area of sun valley.

Cute home in beautiful Bellevue
We had 8 people stay and we fit comfortably. The house was clean, beds are comfortable, and we had everything we needed. I only had to ask the host one question but she was quick to respond over text. The location is right off of main street, very convenient. The yard is also nice with lots of seating available.

Lovely stay
This house was super fun, as indicated, it was older with cool nooks and crannies to explore. It was tastefully updated but kept the old charm. My kids "ooohs" and "ahhhs" when we entered the house was precious. They immediately found their rooms upstairs and the dolls, books, and toys and were overjoyed at things to play with! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Quiet neighborhood close to RVERYTHING!
Great option to stay in the Big Wood River Valley. Walking to walking/bike path, restaurants, Big Wood River, and hiking trails. Enjoy Ketchum/Sun Valley without the traffic and crowds. House is comfortable with a great yard and place to relax and eat outside. Beds were comfortable.

My family & I stayed in this rental to visit other family in Twin Falls. We have stayed in numerous VRBOs through the years & were impressed with this rental's cleanliness, comfy beds, & thoughtful accommodations. We were also happy to be able to bring our dogs with us for our stay! We ended up enioying some off-roading, hiking @ Carbonate mountain, & dinner @ The Smokey Bone. Overall fun experience with no complaints.

Quaint, Cozy, and Memorable
We wanted a house in Ketchum because we were going skiing at Sun Valley for a few days, but homes were booked up in Ketchum by the time we looked. But, this was a fun little place that we ended up in and we really enjoyed it. It was a great way to get to experience the quaint town of Bellevue, and the house itself is older but very nicely maintained and had a lot of cool older and antique decorations. Our little girls loved stayed in the two upstairs loft rooms with slanted ceilings. We loved the deer that would visit. And the location is very convenient by restaurants and convenience store. The host was also very thought, welcoming, and a great communicator. Thank you!!!

Comfortable and cozy
We came for a ski trip with 10 of us. The house while not the most updated was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. The beds were comfortable and they treated us like family. It snowed the first night we were there and we woke up to all the walks shoveled and paths cleared to the backyard and our cars. Great stay, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy catching up with our family.

What a charming house!
We loved our stay at this adorable house. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfy. Margaret was fabulous to work with! It snowed during our stay and the sidewalk and driveway were cleared first thing in the morning. We look forward to our next stay here.
