“This apartment had everything we needed for a quick weekend trip in Seattle. Quiet neighborhood but also walking distance to a bunch of cute spots. Bus stops are right outside which make traveling around super easy. Comfy bed & great water pressure. Chris was easy to work with & the check in/check out process was seamless! Would recommend.”

“We picked this location for its potential view of the Space Needle. We didn't want to be in the thick of the crowds for New Year's Eve, but we wanted to still be able to view the fireworks fairly closely. This was the perfect location. We walked to Pike Place and the Space Needle; we enjoy being able to walk everywhere if we can. The host gave us a great tip for parking, and we managed to park free our entire stay since we arrived late Saturday, free parking after 8pm, free Sunday parking, and……

“We were impressed with the apartment when we went to visit on the first day, however since my daughter was 33 weeks pregnant at the time she could not make it up and down the older steep stairs very easily. We were not able to stay even for one night, but were given a 50% refund minus the fees even though we could not cancel until after our first booking day. “House was as advertised. The family room was a comfortable place to gather and the trunk full of blankets was a welcome and cozy discovery when we sat down to watch a movie. Wish there was a table lamp or two in that room. Having the overhead light on all the time isn't ideal. Comforters in two of the bedrooms were sporting stains that didn't take too much brain power to imagine the source of, so that was kind of nasty... They went straight to the floor. “Wonderful Puget Sound views from this new home that needs some finishing touches to be perfect. Top of the line appliances, including a washer and dryer. However, the beds were much too hard for our tastes. They are probably fine for those who like to sleep on their backs. The host lives in Korea, but answers his American cellphone in a timely manner.”

“We stayed here to attend the admitted student visitation day at UW. The property is easily accessible by light rail. Only about a 700yd walk to the Roosevelt station. There’s a Whole Foods along the way and a Trader Joe’s to the south. The campus is about a mile away, we walked, rode Lime e-bikes or used Uber and it was so convenient. The townhome is beautiful, well appointed, clean and beautifully decorated. The rooftop was wonderful to light a fire, watch the sunset and enjoy a drink. We……

“The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.”

“We enjoyed or stay in this house immensely. We went to the house first to see what type of household items we would need to purchase. To our great surprise, the house was stocked with everything we needed. The house is located on Lake Sammamish and central for our travels. Would definitely recommend and will stay again the next time we are visiting from Missouri.”
