“I have rented a different lakehouse every Labor Day weekend for many years and this is one of our faves. The decor will definitely appeal to antique lovers. The large deck is lovely. The lake is very quiet (no wake) and peaceful. We enjoyed taking the paddle boat out on the water. Not great swimming off the dock (overgrown weeds and such), but we took the boat out to the middle of the lake to swim. We were able to fish right off the dock. The water in the cottage has a bit of a smell and……

“This is a great place to stay for several days. There’s a washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen with plenty of cooking supplies (utensils, spices, pots, etc.), and a few cozy pieces of furniture to spend time winding down at the end of a day out and about. I was surprised by how spacious it was- especially the bathroom! I think it’s more budget friendly than other options in the area as well. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.”

“This is our third stay with you. Everything was good, but the sink did not drain properly, and the toilet had something loose. The staff member in the breakfast area was friendly and greeted us, she had the items organized and the area was nice and clean.”
