I was pretty disappointed in this hotel. The room smelled musty, the floors weren’t clean and the furniture is very worn. The pool and fitness center were closed for maintenance. The staff was helpful in addressing issues that were raised but the overall state of the hotel was quite bad.

I would definitely not choose to stay here again. I would say that the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, but they were dealing with situations beyond their control. We tried to check in our room at 10:30 PM and they had overbooked so they tried to get us into three different rooms that went wrong for various reasons. One we couldn’t get in the door because they hadn’t replaced the batteries on the door lock, the next one had an actual broken bed so that when my daughter went to sit on the bed flipped up in the air, this is no joke. The third one ended up being totally decent, but they hadn’t taken out the trash and it just wasn’t wonderful, it had a broken door as well so they had to let us in with a key and we didn’t get our own card keys and someone came by in the morning to fix our door for us. When there are so many other options for this price range, I would not do this one again, the staff was really helpful, I will say that much, but they were being faced with something that wasn’t great.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn after a long day of snowboarding and specifically chose this hotel because the listing showed amenities like a hot tub, sauna, swimming pool, and fitness center. Unfortunately, upon arrival I was informed that: • The hot tub was broken • The fitness center was closed due to liability issues • The sauna was also closed due to liability issues These amenities were a major reason I booked this property. After a physically demanding day on the slopes, I was really looking forward to recovering in the hot tub or sauna. Finding out that none of these facilities were available was very disappointing. The front desk staff mentioned that they had contacted Expedia to update the listing but that it had not been corrected. While I appreciate the explanation, as a guest I rely on the information shown at booking time. I would strongly recommend updating all third-party platforms to clearly reflect unavailable amenities so future guests can make informed decisions. The stay itself was fine, but the inaccurate amenities significantly impacted my experience.

Shower drain didn’t work so you stand in ankle deep water while showering Hot tub and sauna advertised as an amenity online but was out of order when I checked in.
