Incredible view and great yard. Great location and cozy house were excellent for a calm weekend. Easy to find and smooth check-in. Kitchen was very well stocked too and made it easy to have a DIY meal weekend for us. Carpets were a little dirty for our toddlers who live near the ground, but otherwise everything was excellent!

The best part of the property is the expansive lake view through the large windows in the main living/dining and kitchen areas so even on cloudy rainy days it’s nice to look out. The outdoor space is very nice especially the new dock and great fire pit area. We can picture lawn games, kids on the swings, and maybe volleyball even. It would be perfect for lots of fun water activities and outdoor enjoyment for families but for our spring break we just enjoyed games, movies, puzzles and lots of meals with our group while enjoying the view. There is only 1 main bathroom but it’s roomy. Fortunately there’s a half bath in the primary bedroom on the main floor; the rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. The cozy kitchen is well equipped and had tons of natural light. The home gives us a ‘grandma’s house’ vibe. The owner was quick to respond and seemed very nice and friendly. Thank you for sharing your home.

Seven Cedars was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet piece of heaven. My family was comfortable in our rooms and living space and enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks on the lake. Great Bellingham Stay

Getaway for my Mom with my brothers, and this was the perfect home base for our weekend in Bellingham. Close to town, but perfectly relaxing. House had it all! Only 10mins from Downtown Bellingham where we enjoyed the WWU Campus, farmers market, shopping, and restaurants. Will definitely book here for our next trip to the area.

Booking this location a second time was the best choice we made for our trip! The entire family felt like we walked into an oasis of calm. Every need was provided for because the home is well stocked from towels to games, to bikes and amenities. The location is gorgeous and the weather was beautiful and classic Northwest in the Fall. Just what we wanted. If you want to relax and not worry about a thing, this is the place for you. Beds are so comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances, neighborhood is quiet and even a laundry! I can't tell you enough how much we love this location. Our second stay here was as great as the first. If in doubt, stay here!!!

Fabulous Getaway and Excellent Hosts!

This rental exceeded expectations! The property is exceptionally well maintained and well stocked. We came prepared with kitchen items for cooking and needed none of it. We came for the Bellingham Marathon. The location on the lake is a great place for a family vacation. It has good access being close to I-5. Lots of water activities, as well as cozy inside and equipped for young kids. Great view of lake if weather isn’t great. Seating and dishes for a large group was important for us also. Great Lake getaway

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. We rent a lake house every summer and this one is in the top 2. Upon arrival our 3yr old was so excited as they had tones of toys for her to play with and lots of board games to play. The property has a large beautiful dock the kids swam off of and they supplied several kayaks, paddle boards and life vests that were a blast to take out on the lake. My son and I fished off the dock and the fire pit by the water was great at night. The kitchen was fully supplied so cooking was easy and the large deck was a perfect place for meals. Checking out was a breeze; many places have you do all sorts of tasks before leaving, here it was very simple. We all enjoyed our stay very very much and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun lakeside getaway. We will definitely return for another stay.

Love, love, love it here!

The check-in process is extremely easy, you walk in the front door and immediately you see the lake in the back yard. From the house it’s beautiful green rolling grass all the way to the beautiful sandy lake. Our family is fortunate enough to be able to stay here every year (is this year 5?). My grandchildren, nieces, nephews and sister have all learned to kayak and paddle-board here. The water equipment is for you to use at your leisure even the lifejackets. The cooks in the family cook up a storm and we don’t have to worry about bringing measuring cups salt, pepper, flour & basic items are here in the wonderfully stocked kitchen cabinet. Thank you for all our beautiful memories we’ve created here as a family.
