The Mini Repose - Guesthouse

Enjoy vistas of the San Juan’s and Lake Whatcom when you stay at The Mini Repose. Only a short walk to nearby trails, lake access, and one of Bellingham’s best coffee shops. You have the convenience of nearby amenities whilst being tucked away above it all. This truly is a gem of a spot!

The home owners live on site, but there are no connecting walls and the apartment has a separate access.

Sweet unit in a great location. Quiet neighborhood top of the hill above lake Whatcom. Unit attached to garage with active family above so expect some noise. Comfy bed, nice kitchen, small bath and living room area. Recommend adding blinds in the living room for privacy. Refrigerator wasn’t working, but they provided a small replacement. Nice TV. View of the lake below and woods would be improved if there wasn’t a trampoline in front of the unit. Had some trouble with check-in due to communication on the app. The host apologized. They’re doing property improvements so the yard is completely ripped up.

This is a beautiful and peaceful touchdown space for exploring Bellingham and area. We really enjoyed watching the sunset in the evening over Lake Whatcom. The space was thoughtfully designed, had all the necessary amenities and was clean. The kitchen had everything you would need to make a basic meal. We enjoyed our stay!

Restful stay

Bec and her family were great hosts. I was at their rental for two weeks while taking part in retreat in the Bellingham area. I needed a place to rest and recoup at the end of each day. It was quiet every night and the bed was very comfy. Only one issue arose during my stay, and Bec addressed it promptly. I’d stay again!A feature that would’ve been helpful: having a hook or something similar in the bathroom for hanging a towel. But, this doesn’t affect my 5-star rating in the least. :-)Thank you, Bec and family!

Great place with great view

We had a wonderful stay. The view of Lake Whatcom and Bellingham Bay is stunning!Would be nice to add towel hooks in bathroom and handles on closet doors.Enjoyed our stay so much!
