「The property was very well located, being close to the town of Chalais with a decent size Intermarche and Monday market. It was situated at the head of a farm track leading into fields of corn and sunflowers. The gite was spacious and clean and the bedrooms comfortable. It was good to have 2 bathrooms. 「La maison a été rénovée récemment et tout est impeccable à l'intérieur. Beau séjour et chambres spacieuses, c'est parfait pour 6 personnes. En extérieur, grande terrasse sur 2 côtés de la maison. Le jardin venait d'être refait (printemps 2024) et la pelouse neuve mais ça ne pourra que s'améliorer. Très belle piscine à débordement, de belle dimensions. Attention cependant, pas de couverture pour ce type de piscine. Et donc..... elle est franchement fraîche après le 15 août (nuits autour de 12°)....
