Nestled between the quaint shops of Bellport Village and the serenity of Bellport Bay, this luxurious ranch plops you right in the middle of nirvana and right in the heart of the Bellport Village Historic District. The Historic District is a three block area stretching from the bay to the town center that features restored stately mansions and cottages of a bygone era dating back 150 years.

Situated on a quiet, narrow street, Thirteen by the Bay features two bedrooms, and a sitting area (fold out bed) that comfortably sleeps five. The grand room couch can sleep an adventurous person if desired. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, generous windows and glass doors invite splashes of sunshine indoors. There are two updated bathrooms and a fully remodeled kitchen with Café branded appliances.

Enjoy the 85 inch smart television in the grand room or the two 65 inch smart televisions to satisfy your urge to binge watch or simply play soothing nature scenes.

Beyond the French doors lies an authentic Mahogany lighted deck. The deck features two sun lovers lounge chairs, an L-shaped couch and a six seat table with a fire box. The covered patio lights up to an enchanting glow in the evening as you relax the day away. Lay back and cool down in the brand new gunite heated pool.

The backyard oasis is surrounded by sentries of lighted bamboo that guard your privacy and sway and crackle as the ocean breeze dances among the grove.

Christmas in Bellport

Stayed through Christmas while visiting family on Long Island. The house was perfect. It felt luxurious close to everything and decorated wonderfully for Christmas. We will definitely stay again.
