「I enjoyed my stay so very much. The next time I am in Lagos I will definitely be staying at the Fort Ross Hotel. Everyone of the staff was very friendly and made me feel as if I was home not in a hotel. This hotel was very clean and the food was awesome. 」

「Expedia first of all you are yet to refund my money money for hotel despite the hotel confirming to you that i didnt lodge there. As for the receptionist their reception was appauling to say the least. On arrival all they told me despite showing evidence of payment was that they are fully booked and they dont know Expedia.」
