“La habitación del hotel es muy ruidosa, siempre hay ruido de tráfico y bocinas, y resulta muy incómodo quedarse en ella. El desayuno no se asemeja a las fotos. Cuando añadí accidentalmente más carne, el camarero me hizo un comentario negativo, y además, era de mala calidad. La cerradura de la puerta es como la que aparece en mi foto, lo cual me provoca mucha inseguridad. Tengo miedo por las noches y puedo oír el ruido de la ducha del piso de arriba. Por último, la ropa de cama huele fuertemente……
