“Very nice central hotel. Very modern with lovely finishes. My room was on the ground floor, overlooking a very busy roundabout and public pavement in full view of window, so it was very noisy. Staff are friendly and food was decent, although slightly cheeky charging a tray charge and additional service charge for room service. Small fitness room but enough to do a decent work out of quiet. ”

“Lovely Hotel would definitely come back. Ideal position - right next to train station into shopping centre and up escalator to hotel. Lots of restaurants next door. ”

“無足夠車位，説好的免費泊車呢？原來只有十個車位左右，結果要泊街 (8am要揸車走/入錶) 房間ok，廁所都幾大 早餐area 太多人, 好混亂，而且無人收拾乾淨 ”

“The Aberdeen Douglas was a perfect choice to meet our needs for this 2 night stay .The hotel is central and convenient to the Train Station,Bus station and all the attractions the city has to offer .All the staff we come into contact with during our stay on reception ,were so friendly and helpful .We had a problem with the window in our 1st room but after pointing this out to reception ,we were moved ,no problem to another room .The breakfast was good and plentiful and again such helpful and……

“When you book a panoramic view room you expect a panoramic view not just the direction your window is facing, very misleading. Also a superior room which is pretty much the same as any other room with a coffee machine added. still had to ask reception to bring a heater as room heating did not work. With a modern hotel there is no ability to use Netflix or prime on the TV and log into your account, The tvs have ability to cat on to them but facility does not work.... basic hotel that could do……

“We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Our first room was clean but kind of drab and needing an update.We asked to be upgraded and were moved to a lovely room for a nominal fee. Doesn't hurt to ask!”

“飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。”
