Horrível, não indico pra ninguém. Roupas de cama com cheiro ruim (certeza sem lavar), alem disso solicitei uma coberta , pois só havia o lençol saindo da cama ( sem elástico ) e uma colcha forrando a cama, porém teria que pagar separadamente. Valor da diaria não condiz com espaço físico nem com serviço oferecido. Péssimo custo benefício

No geral: Boa estadia.

Tranquila e confortável. Mas falta elevador ou rampar para acesso aos apartamentos superiores.. Necessário incremetmar o café da manhã. Exemplo: faltam mais frutas e ovos mexidos. Apartamento muito limpo e confortável. Risco: falta colocar grade ou proteção nas janelas dos AP's superiores (como estava com criança percebi esta vulnerabilidade...milha filha abriu a janela).

Insatisfeito.

O hotel é bem simples. A garagem muito apertada e comporta apenas uns 6 carros. Tivemos que deixar na sorte de outro não sair, ou na rua. O quarto é minúsculo. Banheiro mal da pra se mexer de tão pequeno. O quarto estava com um cheiro de mofo, e de esgoto do banheiro muito forte

O Hotel estava limpo. Tem café da manhã, nada muito elaborado, mas tem. Há uma folha de avisos na porta do quarto em que diz que não é permitido comidas e bebidas de fora do hotel. Tivemos problema em levar bebida (água, suco, refrigerante) pq disseram que não podia, que eu deveria consumir os vendidos no hotel! Quando falei que essa prática é abusiva e que não é permitida pelo Código de Defesa do Consumidor, que me permite ter a opção de levar a bebida de fora ou consumir a vendida por eles, a recepcionista me disse que essa era uma prática do hotel. Não sabia dessa condição qdo fiz a reserva, não havia nenhuma informação de que os hóspedes não podem levar bebida de fora. Outra questão: no site diz que nenhum valor será cobrado no cartão de crédito. Que os valores serão acertados quando chegássemos no hotel. Contudo, ao chegar no hotel já haviam debitado/creditado metade da estadia no cartão que foi informado no App. E também há informação de que crianças de 5 anos não pagam, na condição de usar a cama dos pais. Minha filha tem 5 anos, mas tive que pagar, pq segundos eles é criança até 4anos e 11 meses.
