I didn't have a great experience in the room. The floor was not super clean, as well as the walls. The situation in the bathroom was really bad. The shower would always flood the whole bathroom. This room needs a restoration.

The room was a little worn and the shower had mildew. The staff was nice but the card had to be reactivated daily in order to get back into our room at night. We stayed for 4 nights so it was inconvenient. The elevator also broke several times during our stay and we were on the 14th floor. There are nice cafeterias nearby and was close to family we were visiting.

Sou PCD, tenho direito ao uso de vagas especiais, meu veículo é um USV grande, as vagas são pequenas e poucas opções de vagas para veiculos grandes. Vagas para PCD tinha apenas 02 e uma delas foi usada por um veiculo pequeno e não autorizado para estacionar, informei na recepção o caso e no dia seguinte novamente outro veiculo na vaga especial. Novamente fiz a reclamação e um dos funcionários da recepção informou que o estacionamento é uma cortesia, não sendo possível eles interferirem nessa questão. Outro funcionário tomou iniciativa e conseguiu localizar o dono do veiculo, solicitando a retirada. Sugiro que seja feita a reserva dessas vagas somente para portadores de PCD.
