Bluebonnet Ridge -- Historical Family Farm!

  • Escape to the country with friends and family in the Texas Hill Country at our newly remodeled and updated farmhouse! From the deluxe kitchen, wide open space, and inviting back porch, the house is sure to provide the perfect gathering space for any occasion! 
    While the entire property is 160 acres along the Lampasas River, guests have  access to approximately 3 of those acres. It is a short 10 minutes to historic Salado (https://visitsaladotexas.com), and less than 20 minutes to Belton. You'll definitely enjoy country living! It's quiet and peaceful with plenty of parking for all of our guests. 

    PETS: We love our furry friends! Guests are allowed to bring up to two dogs; to ensure the upkeep of our property for future guests, we charge a per visit fee of $100/dog.

This was one of our FAVORITE places we've stayed at. This home is just the perfect blend of rustic and modern. We had 4 generations with us for a family trip and no one was bored. The home was clean, everything was labeled for easy findings and I cannot stress enough how family friendly it is. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Bluebonnet Ridge near Belton. This was our second time visiting, as my parents live in nearby Salado, and it continues to be the perfect spot for our family gatherings.This trip was especially meaningful as we were able to take family photos with my 94-year-old parents, and the peaceful, quiet setting made it even more special. The property is in an ideal location—convenient yet very serene.Everything about the stay was excellent. The home was well-maintained, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The hosts were great to work with—very responsive and easy throughout the entire process.We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously, the host was accommodating and available. The home was large and spacious, plenty of room for my family and I. The property was exactly what we were looking for and in a perfect location. Extremely clean and comfortable, like being home. Plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Close to the interstate, yet secluded with a great view and perfect sunset. The rockers on the back porch added a special touch for relaxing and enjoying conversation.

Wonderful stay for wedding weekend

My family and I stayed at Bluebonnet Ridge for the weekend of a family wedding and it was the perfect location! We had more than enough room for our family and the surrounding area is beautiful. Our host was very accommodating and let us have a late check out so we could host a family brunch the day after the wedding.

3 families with 5 kids really enjoyed our stay! The ability to have cozy fires, lots of land to run and play, plenty of bedrooms with enough baths, and fun activities such as the arcade game, piano, swings, bean bag toss, and just taking in the view with the deer was great to experience all together!

Peaceful family retreat

We came here with our adult kids and their young children. It was such a beautiful, perfect place to just enjoy a weekend with family. The beds were comfortable, the living room had plenty y of seating for our family. The kids had a great space outside to run and play. We very much enjoyed our stay! The setting is remote and feels like a secluded getaway!
