“UVE is a fantastic base in the Langhe. There are terrific restaurants nearby, including the hotel’s restaurant. The service is absolutely top notch, the team is so kind and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. We hiked from the hotel through world class vineyards, tasted amazing wine, and even rented ebikes, which were organized by the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!”

“The hotel is placed on a beautiful high spot looking out over the local vineyards. With a number of high quality restaurants in the area, there are plenty of options to taste some of the excellent local foods. We did not try the hotel's own restaurant, apart from breakfast (which was excellent). All the staff were extremely helpful and the rooms are very spacious and tastefully appointed. This was a great stop on our mini tour through Italy and we'd love the opportunity to come back.”
