It was too cold to use the water toys but it was nice to sit and relax at the deck of the boathouse. Beware there are a ton of stairs to get down there, but my 80 yr old mother in law was able to get down and back. There is a café and bar there at the lake that was good and homey. So many wonderful little details - everything from thoughtful food items to a wonderful letter about history of the house. Communication was excellent and check in / check out process easy peasy. We were in town for March madness basketball games and super easy to get to campus from house. We most definitely will return if we head to Kansas again.”

“This was a great place for our group of 6 couples. Most bedrooms came with king size beds which everyone loved. The kitchens are more like kitchenettes- only stocked with bare minimum supplies and did not provide much room for preparing meals. There was also a ton of lady bugs inside. Communication with the property manager/host was prompt when we needed it, however, more information could be provided upon arrival which would have alleviated the need to get in contact with the host.
