The host communicated well before the check-in date with logistics- it seemed automatic, not a person, but did not provide details to help find the unit once we arrived. 「Nothing bad to say. It is a perfect stay and has the perfect staff and perfect anemities. Very clean and close to center. The only negative point was they rang on me at 11am sharp to checkout. They ddnt wait 1 minute :) althu the checkin is at 3pm. They werent flexible on this point. However I still rate them 10/10.」

「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」
