“We really enjoyed this hotel-alternative, loft-style stay. The location is walkable to the lake, restaurants and shopping. It's in the same space as a bar/restaurant (the Blue Oyster) and an event center, but where the rooms are located is very private and quiet. The only potential noise is from the event center space above the rooms, but when we were there the current event was cleared out by 9:00.
