Excellent hotel, customer service was amazing. This is a beautiful hotel to stay in, one of the best hotels I have stayed in Vietnam. Breakfast had plenty of choices.

We got the signature deluxe king room with the river view balcony, it was roomy, awesome looking, it was clean and spotless, great amenities, safe, slippers, fridge etc...all great!..checkin was quick and efficient, and check out as well, quick as well! Staff were friendly, great attitude,very helpful, and perfessional!..the breakfast was one of highlights, it was fresh daily, with lots of varities to choose from, and it was on the 5th floor with a pool, which had an amazing view of the city while having your breakfast in the morning!..free under ground parking, quick free WiFi!, it was central locations, right beside the giant market, so convient!...i would come back here to this hotel to stay again if i come back to Ben Tre for sure!!!

Hôtel propre, personnel de l’hotel super agréable. Points faibles : la piscine n’était pas très propre, manque variété au petit déjeuner. Une ampoules dans la salle de bain, juste au dessus du levier est hors service. Le sèche cheveux fonctionne mal, ne chauffe pas et le bouton arret ne fonctionne pas. La climatisation un peu trop bruyant et mériterai une désinfection, car j’en suis tombée un peu malade après avoir passé une nuit.

My bed wasn't comfortable and it was making noise when I was turning. I liked the view and my stay was short so I didn't change room but I reported the bed. The staff at the front desk can hardly speak English so getting any help wasn't easy. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. Restaurant was on the fifth floor beside the pool with a nice view. Great seltion of food, loved it.
