First time in BenTre and stayed at Diamond Stars hotel, great location, right next to the market. Although some of the hotel's facilities are not available (such as: Spa, rooftop bar, etc..) we still had a great pleasant stay. Staffs are very polite and extremely helpful, specially staffs at hotel breakfast. A big shout out to "Thoa" and her (male) supervisor for their exceptional services. (Picture of staffs in photo) Will definitely come back again, highly recommended.

Hard to criticize this place as its amazing value. The breakfast was exceptional the room is very nice with views of the river - as advertised But if you want a five star review from me it’s the little things that matter. In this case it is the quality of the towels. Bed sheets and pillow covers are very nice but the aged rough and scratchy towels are out of place. No one would not stay here because of the towels BUT the property has a chance to be five star if not for the little things. The giraffe on the lobby was a nice treat and made sense of the enormous high back chairs

Excellent hotel, customer service was amazing. This is a beautiful hotel to stay in, one of the best hotels I have stayed in Vietnam. Breakfast had plenty of choices.

There was mould in the bathroom normal with any hotels in tropical climates. The rainfall showerhead was very mediocre - low pressure and it sprayed in almost all directions except directly under the shower. The free breakfast was a redeeming quality, as were the friendly staff who always opened the door for you.

Everything was great but be very careful with the shower as it’s very slippery and you could slip and fall. Also there was these very little ants in my room even though I was 15 floor up. The bed is comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great location to base yourself when exploring the delta. Walk out the door and onto a boat to tour the area. Hotel is lovely and the staff very eager to accommodate all of our requests including arranging tours and transport.
