Despite the room and hotel looking perfectly nice, I wouldn’t stay here again. We paid for both breakfast and dinner, the food was okay and there was a range of options which would cater for most. However, the staff were incredibly hostile to us, although perfectly nice to others, which ruined our stay. Throughout our stay here we grew to believe it was ageism, coming to this conclusion after we (two young women) were followed late at night by the hotels own security guard. This behaviour is disgusting and throughly scared us (as it would any other young women), particularly after coming into the hotel wanting to feel safe and secure. Furthermore, the area the hotel is situated in is not the nicest of areas so I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you wish to complete activities or sight see locally.

Hotel is huge and amazing location with stunning views. We stayed here near Christmas and still the staff was so kind to upgrade us as it was my hudband’s birthday. Evenjng shows and bingo was fun, bar was great as well. Only couple of things which we did not like; cleanliness within the rooms was not that top notch as 4 star hotel standards. Also, the cafe/bar did not have any food being served which was a bit of a let down. It rained few days and we would have loved to be able to get some snacks or light food options within the hotel’s premises. Dinner and breakfast was overly busy as the hotel is huge with only one restaurant. We always struggled to find table and then had to wait for a lot of things to be refilled as food was getting finished too quickly and they were a bit late to refill. Overall it was great but would like the hotel to look into these issues so people can have the best experiences.

Lovely hotel

This hotel is newly renovated and absolutely beautiful. Every detail for your comfort is within the rooms. It’s a bit unusual in that it is huge and there are absolutely loads of lounge areas but they are also mostly empty and there isn’t an easily accessible open bar during the day. Also we were told on arrival check in was 4 despite being detailed online a 2. We had a wedding to attend so this wasn’t great

This hotel was recently refurbished and in the main good. The food was ok. It lacked variety in the evening with only a few changes to the food on offer - as many items were very similar each day. The service at the reception desk was very good. However, service in the bar and snack area in the day was appalling. The bedroom was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The location and proximity of the hotel to the beach was great, with lots to do around this area. There was also SPA onsite. However, this came at an additional cost and the lady that worked in there was both not helpful or happy with her role. In the main this hotel was good but just lacked that personal touch to make it much better.

The Triton is an excellent hotel on the Boardwalk along the Mediterranean It provides excellent buffet dining for Breakfast Lunch and Supper A rooftop bar and a lower level bar with nightly entertainment Clean updated rooms with views of either the Mediterranean or The Mountains above Benalmadena I highly recommend

This is our 2nd holiday to this beautiful hotel next to the beach rooms are excellent food fresh and always find something to eat customer service excellent experience easy check I. Ok we waiting as we arrived early but we were directed to the beach bar too Beautiful sea view double beds our stay was memorable we will be back a 3rd this year
