  • Benalmadena is the perfect place to enjoy the sun. With this apartment in the Pueblo Evita Resort, your vacation will be even better! The apartment has access to an in-ground pool, and rooftop pool sun all day and a five-minute walk to the beach. Perfect when you want to be close to everything but avoid noise. The apartment is close to the main street with restaurants, bars, the beach, shops, amusement park etc.

    The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stove and fridge/freezer. The kitchen consists of everything you need to cook a big meal on the day you'd rather be at home than going out.

    The apartment has a combined dining room and living room with a dining table with four to six chairs. There is a three-seater sofa bed and armchairs and coffee table.

    From the living room you come out onto one of two balconies. The balcony has a table and six chairs and is perfect for breakfast, coffee or a proper dinner where you can look out over the pool area.

    The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes. It has a private bathroom.
    The large bedroom also leads out to the apartment's second terrace with deckchairs, umbrellas, also the one with a view of the pool area.

    The second bedroom consists of two single beds that can be pushed together if needed

    Between the two bedrooms is the second bathroom which has a shower. This bathroom also has a washing machine so you can always have clean clothes!

    The apartment has AC with heating and cooling in all rooms.

    The apartment is equipped with 100MB Fiber internet/Wi-Fi

    It is not necessary to book a car as you have most necessities within walking distance. It is also easy to travel to most destinations by taxi, train or bus.
    Street parking for cars is available with plenty of spaces.

    The distance between the apartment and Malaga airport is 20 minutes by car.
    The price to take a taxi to the airport is around 25 euros.
    The price to the airport by train is 2 euros per person.

Just back from an 11 night stay in this excellent apartment! The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk to the beach and as many restaurants as you could possibly need! The apartment itself was spotless, very spacious and fitted out with everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday, It overlooks the pool and the onsite restaurant so the location of the apartment on the complex is superb, I would honestly say the photos don't really do it justice, it's even better than it looks!I would highly recommend using the rooftop pool although the number of steps to get to it means you need to be fairly fit! The main pool is very nice but as with every resort there are the usual 'Sunbed Wars' to contend with so we went to the rooftop every day where there is also a bar for cold drinks by the pool!The onsite restaurant does excellent pizzas cooked in the outside oven fresh every time, the staff also run the rooftop bar and are really nice and friendly!I would highly recommend the apartment and will certainly be returning sometime soon hopefully!

Great apartment in great location

Lovely property in the centre of the complex. 2 large terraces overlooking the pool, restaurant and bar. Lots of eateries and 2 supermarkets nearby ( Smaller super market literally next door-less than 100 meters away) Would highly recommend.

We stayed in the apartment for 1 week in May 2022 , it was spotlessly clean , very modern , everything looked to be brand new , kitchen , bathrooms , beds and bedding , furniture and even tv’s . The location was perfect for us , close to bars , restaurants , supermarket , beach and bus and rail transport links . It was so good that we’ve booked to stay here again Stephen and Karen

No contact with manager.she sent video with instructions to enter but we had no wifi to get them.Front desk of complex very helpful. Owner prompt in responding to emails. On site restaurant has great food. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

En fin lägenhet som hade allt som behövdes. Nära till poolen och bara en kort promenad till stranden. Massa restauranger i närheten och även en Mercadona. Enkel incheckning och supersnabba svar från ägarna. Enda negativa var att det var svårt att få solstolar vid poolen om man inte var på plats precis när de öppnade, men så är det ju på de flesta ställen. Det var värt att ta trapporna till takpoolen som var lite lugnare.

Fantastic apartment.

The apartment was top class, very clean and everything you could possibly need even a bottle of water and a bottle of wine 🍾, it is just a short walk away from some of the best restaurants I've eaten at and the beach too, and there is a park with a huge lake just around a few corners. Sam's bar in the Pueblo Evita site is also a good hangout if you just want to spend a day around the pool or the football is on and there is also a man cooking pizzas on site if you would just like to grab something good and tasty without heading out. All in all we had a fantastic time in comfort.

Wonderful stay at this stunning apartment

The whole process was very easy, from booking, the communication with the owner through to meeting the property manager at Evita. Our welcome pack was a really lovely gesture and the apartment is immaculate. Lovely and clean, well equipped with really nice furnishing etc. The location was another plus as only 1 flight of steps to the pool , and the clubhouse . We will definitely return as we had the perfect stay. Thank you.
