Lovely property in excellent location

It's an old house that has been kept in excellent condition. It has all mod cons, the pool is excellent and the view is amazing from the terrace. I would stay there again.

Wonderful stay at the villa, the photos really don’t do it justice! The view is just amazing from the patio area, and the area is very peaceful. Short (but very steep!) walk to the pueblo. Excellent communications with agents, an issue we had was rectified immediately, will definitely be back!

A perfect week with all the family

We spent a fantastic week all the family, grandparents, aunt, uncle, cousin, our children and us in Lo Antonio Coronao. We enjoyed every day the garden, swimming pool and the views. The moon at night rising over the sea was really impressive. The Malaga's sorrounding are worth to visit. The old part of Benalmadena, Malaga city, Mijas, ... We also had lunch and dinner in very nice resturants in each of these places. Good food, good ambient, and very good service, as in Lo Antonio Coronao. We were continously attended, although the house is perfectly equipped and we didn't need anything extra. In summary, MALAGA is a perfect place to relax in family, and Lo Antonio Coronao is my recommendation for it :D

Villa with terrific outdoor space

The Villa is in a quiet area not too far from the Pueblo but quite a hill to walk up. We did not hire a car which I would say was necessary but the Taxi service is very good and only about 8 Euros to get to Benalmadena beach area. The Villa offers everything required for a relaxing quiet holiday. The actual sitting room/dining room is on the small size for 8 people in my opinion, although we spent most of our time outside on the lovely terrace which has a fabulous view of the coast. The spacious outside area with the swimming pool is just amazing and the grandchildren just loved it. I also like the fact that there is a large grassy area surrounding the pool which makes it safe underfoot for the children. All taken into consideration we had a wonderful holiday at this accommodation

Amazing holiday

Had an amazing stay during our time here. The villa was as described but I don’t think the pictures do it justice. The views are gorgeous, you can watch the sunset each morning and it’s very quiet. The pool was great and cleaned half way through our stay. Lots of space around the pool and plenty of shade if needed. The old town is beautiful, it’s a hard walk up there and you would need to drive or get a taxi which was really easy to sort. Air conditioning worked well which was needed during our stay. We spent lots of nights enjoying the terrace and using the barbecue too. The house felt very authentic and we loved the traditional decor. You do need a car to get around, but the supermarket is a few minutes drive and the main town is just over 5 mins. Much livelier down there. We would definitely return to this villa and have made some amazing memories here. The pool has steps leading into it which is great for kids and the slightly older too! The kitchen has everything you would have at home. The shower upstairs is a very good power shower! One of the best showers I’ve used! The wifi worked well in the house but not around the pool. An Amazon prime stick was also provided so the kids were able to access films/shows (but they rarely did). The owners were quick to respond to any questions/queries. 5 star stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful villa in a nice quiet setting

This hilltop villa met all our expectations . The kids loved the pool while we adults enjoyed BBQ evenings with wine. Nice clean rooms, beautiful gardens, and Pedro's timely communication and suggestions made this getaway absolutely perfect. Quiet location but close enough to shops and restaurants. Ample parking for cars .

Blissful Villa

The Villa is an authentic Spanish abode with lovely gardens and a great sized pool. The facilities are exactly what you need to enjoy barbecues and the town is a 500m walk (up a sheer hill) but worth it once you reach the little village/pueblo with excellent restaurants and bars , car is required if you want to go to the marina or shopping

Brilliant family home from home.

Well appointed clean with good communication from owner and greeting agent. Lots of space around the pool, extra area down on the lower terrace. Car parking for at least three maybe four cars. Very secure for children as only the one gate to access property. Lot larger than it seems from photos. Four good bedrooms with big lounge/dining area plus outside dining area on the terrace. Extra sitting area upstairs with another tv. Really enjoyed our holiday would recommend having a car. Definitely recommend this place.

Leuke locatie om met een groep te verblijven

Erg leuke tijd gehad op deze locatie. Wij waren hier met gezin met volwassenen kinderen. Twee slaapkamers hebben een volledig 2 persoonsbed en twee kamers een queensize. Alles is er aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, zowel binnen als buiten. Het interieur is standaard en niet modern.

Superb Villa

This is a truly beautiful villa in a stunning location. A short walk to the beautiful village of Pueblo Benalmadena. The villa is spacious, with beautiful gardens and a huge pool. The terrace was beautiful at night to dine at and see the ships sailing out at sea. This is a fantastic villa, with great hosts in a beautiful peaceful and private location. Highly recommend

Villa in Benalmadena Pueblo

Met Pedro at the villa, for a very smooth check in. Villa is plenty big enough for myself and three old schoolfriends to enjoy the company ..... whilst still having plenty of our own space for 'time out' :) Accommodation has all the contents you would expect (tip; you might want to take your own CD's / DVD's, we could only find the World News on the English speaking TV channels), and the outside is excellent - as good as the photo's, with great views. Only downside for us was the occasional "yapping dog" from nearby housing - completely out of Pedro's control, obviously - and you may wish to hire a car; the villa is on a mountainside, and walks to nearest village or beach was a bit of a challenge for us (but then we are all > 60!). The local taxi service was excellent, however. Overall, we had a great week, will return, and would recommend.

Autumn vacation

Our stay was fantastic. The house was spacious and nice. The garden with the pool was beautiful, and we used it every day. We had a very good view of the Mediterranian and the sunrise. It's wise to have a car to get to the supermarket, the beach and the padel court. These things will only be a short drive away from the home. Nearby there's the cosy little Benalmadena Pueblo. It was very easy to get in contact with the house owner. He welcomed us at the house and gave us much useful information and had some juice, fruits and chocolate for us. He also gave us some trip advise during our stay. We can really recommend this place!

Estuvimos el año pasado y hemos repetido este año. Hemos visto cómo han mejorado cosas, principalmente en cocina y exterior: en la cocina han reemplazado el viejo horno por uno nuevo, un nuevo microondas y comprado vajilla y cristalería. El juego de utensilios de cocina es muy completo. El interior de la casa sigue igual: que sea una casa rural y que la distribución de habitaciones no sea la de una casa moderna, no significa que no esté todo cuidado… ¡todo lo contrario! En el exterior, los problemas de jardinería del año pasado fueron solventados y la finca, el jardín, lució con todo su esplendor (el jardín fue clave para decidirnos por esta casa). Incluso, para las noches, han instalado un foco capaz de iluminar la gran mesa exterior. Todo, todo, muy cuidado. Finalmente, la comunicación con el propietario ha sido muy fluida, respondiendo rápidamente a nuestras necesidades. ¡Agradecimos el “pack” de bienvenida! Hemos pasado una semana estupenda y hemos podido disfrutar de la casa y del jardín y sus vistas. Muchas gracias.

Fijn verblijf gehad in deze vakantiewoning

De omschrijving van de villa en de foto's kwamen helemaal overeen met de werkelijkheid. Wij verbleven in de villa met 2 gezinnen (9 personen in totaal) en hadden voldoende ruimte. Alles was netjes toen we toekwamen en we kregen voldoende uitleg. Toen er zich een probleempje met de vaatwasmachine voordeed, werd dit na communicatie met de eigenaar heel snel opgelost door een technicus die ter plaatse kwam. De ligging van de villa is rustig. Het is mogelijk om naar Benalmadena Pueblo te wandelen, maar de wandeling is pittig door de vele steile hellingen. De afstand naar het strand is een stuk verder. Naar de luchthaven van Malaga is het zo'n 20 minuten rijden met de auto.

Buena estancia, recomendable.

El sitio está bien, principalmente la zona exterior, ideal para ir con niños. El interior de la casa está bien, siempre teniendo en cuenta que es una casa rural y no tiene una distribución moderna. Lo peor, quizás, el menaje: los vasos eran de distinto tamaño, no había copas de balón o de vino (si bien el propietario se ofreció a reponerlo cuando se enteró). Agradecimos el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, con el modo “sleep” para las noches calurosas (ya que no hay mosquiteras en las ventanas). El exterior del alojamiento no nos defraudó (fue el factor determinante para elegir este alojamiento), con dos zonas grandes de césped, piscina, muchas tumbonas, vistas, etc... Al no tener porche, pensábamos que nos faltaría sombra, pero todo lo contrario: entre las grandes sombrillas para el desayuno y la sombra de la casa para la comida y la tarde estuvimos perfectos. Una pena que el césped estuviera un poco seco (principalmente el de la parte de abajo). Tanto el propietario como la persona que ayudaba en la gestión estuvieron pendientes de nosotros (Gracias!) Como resumen, hemos pasado una gran semana en una propiedad estupenda, en la que quizás falten cierto pequeños detalles por pulir.

Have, pool og udsigt perfekt. Antal sovepladser OK. Køkken og stue for småt til 10 personer. Vaskemaskine nedslidt, skulle gætte os til programmerne. Kun 3 vinglas til 10 personer og andre glas af forskellig slags. Kun lejlighedsvis varmt vand. Lyskilder af svingende kvalitet. Huset virker generelt slidt.
