Make yourself at home with a kitchenette equipped with all the essentials, dining room table for two with two extra chairs, a separate living area with an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, and high-end touches throughout. The studio includes one designated parking spot in the driveway. Overflow parking can be found at the Lake House parking lot, just a few minutes away. Forestbrook homes are located just moments from exclusive amenities, including the Lake House and Quarry Pool, Caldera Links golf course, community parks, tennis and pickleball courts, and an abundance of lakes, streams and trails.
Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.
