Located in the high end community of Caldera Springs, 56646 Dancing Rock Loop is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. Perfect for large groups and retreats, this 4,035 sq. ft. home is enjoyable for up to 12 guests with its 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

Inside this Northwest inspired luxurious home, you will find spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with vaulted ceilings, wood accents, hardwood floors and large windows. Additional features of this beautiful home include:

• Covered back patio featuring stunning views of Caldera Links, hot tub, barbecue, gas firepit and furniture
• An executive chef’s dream kitchen boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, two ovens, warming drawer, two sinks, and a six gas burner cook top with grill
• A beautiful dining room table that can accommodate eight guests with additional bar seating
• A large living room featuring a flat screen TV and gas fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• Downstairs master suite with a king sized bed, lounger, TV, walk in closet, direct access to patio and a luxurious attached bathroom with tub and shower
• Cozy downstairs queen bedroom with TV and bathroom just right next door
• Two upstairs king suites featuring TV and attached bathrooms
• Additional upstairs room with two pyramid bunk beds, TV, dvd player, fireplace, private deck, sectional with sleeper sofa, and an attached bathroom, a perfect room for the kids
• Large two car garage with ping pong table and up to four cars able to park in driveway
• Security camera at entrance. Audio recording is deactivated. Camera will take short video clips.

Great property.

Although the listing reads 5 bedrooms, the home has 4 bedrooms and a bonus room with 2 bunkbeds. The audio/video needs updating. The hot tub is directly outside from the master bedroom headboard and can be heard cycling on and off. But, it is a nice home with an upper end finish level and all the amenities we needed for two families over the course of our week long stay.
