We rented this condo for New Year’s with a small group of friends, the property was as beautiful as it was pictured in the listing. The décor aligns perfectly with the city of Bend. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there are a few suggestions for improvements that could make the stay more enjoyable for future guests:1. The sink faucet is loose and not securely mounted to the countertop, causing it to wobble whenever used.2. It would be helpful to stock the unit with basic cooking spices.3. Adding a set of shot glasses would also be nice.5. The master bedroom door is extremely difficult to close, and open once closed. It almost needs to be re-hung.6. The toilet paper is very cheap.7. The oven still has a protective film inside, which produces a strong chemical smell when heated. This should likely be burnt/cooked off so guests can use. We had to shut off the oven and open up all the windows to air out the kitchen, and cook our food out on the grill.8. Making sure bathrooms are fully cleaned before next stay.. the master bath toilet had urine sprayed on the seat and you could tell it had not been cleaned. Overall, we had a great time on our stay! The towels by the back door were very helpful when using the hot tub. And the code they chose to program the doors to (our phone number), was also very helpful.
