Ideal location, great house

Great location

The house was perfect for our group of 6. Walking distance to downtown and 35 minutes to West Village parking lot. Nicely appointed and very clean. Definitely recommend.

Perfect!

Our stay was perfect. The location was perfect to walk to everything we needed. The house had everything we needed to accommodate two couples and the four kids. Great space, nice bedrooms, and wonderful kitchen and dining spaces. I can’t say enough about how nice it was. Will stay here again.

Family Weekend Getaway

This was our second time staying at this location and we absolutely love it every time! It comfortably fits the entire family and is in such a great location (about a 5 minute walk from downtown Bend). We’ll definitely be staying here in the future.

Summer Fun!

Fantastic house! Location, house layout and style were fabulous for our family and friends. It's worth mentioning, backyard is a shared space with other houses, but was still great.

The house is exactly what we were looking for as a family of 4 plus our married friends. Location is perfect. Only frustrating part (and this is more aimed at Vrbo) is that you find a listing; see the nightly rate and then when you go to pay, the ++ costs are ridiculous

Holiday getaway

We had a great time. The property was in a terrific location. It had everything we could want. Fabulous kitchen we cooked a great dinner for family one evening. House so comfortable and pretty! It felt so cozy with the fireplace on a cold night. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Girls Weekend

This was a wonderful home. Very clean and cozy. We especially appreciated the set-up of the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The 3 stars on the location is only because one of the close neighbor houses was having a loud party on one of the nights.

Just as advertised

The location was very walkable to downtown area. Neighborhood was nice and over all we had an amazing stay. The house is very beautiful and quiet. The only issues we found were there was absolutely no privacy in the back yard. It is surrounded EXTREMELY close on all sides by neighbors and no fence. So it was impossible for our group to go sit outside in the evenings and enjoy the weather without knowing the neighbors windows are 10 feet away. It felt like a fishbowl. Lastly, the beds were extremely hard, uncomfortable with very old mattresses.

River Terrace in Bend is FIVE STARS!

LOCATION! Amazing - we parked one of our cars in the garage and only used the other one when we ventured out to hike or grocery shop. This home is walkable to all of the great breweries, coffee places, restaurants, shops, Farmer's Market (Wednesdays), river walking path, Drake Park...this was our 2nd year renting and we'd be sad if we couldn't get this place. Location was priority - but the home itself is the icing on the cake. It is gorgeous! Our party of 8 adults with lots of luggage were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, linens are very nice (as are the beds!), Primary bathroom is roomy with a HUGE shower, plenty of TP, paper towels, foil, ziplocs, saran, herbs & spices, etc.. Plus a 2nd fridge in garage (needed that!). Special touch: travel soap, shampoo, & conditioner. It is SO clean, well cared for, and should even suit the most picky of renters. ArrivedNow does a fabulous job maintaining/managing this home and are so easy to work with. One of our favorite vacation spots.
