Great Location!

This house is a quick walk to the Sharc and village. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great assortment of bikes. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location close to the Sunriver Village and the SHARC facility. This is one of the best equipped vacation rentals we have ever stayed in -- tons of dishes, pots, pans, microwaveable containers, clean towels and we must mention the dozen or so bikes available in the garage. WOW! Super clean. Thank you!

Beautiful Sunriver

My family and I had such a comfortable stay here. Wonderful AC made hot July days much more comfortable; easy SHARC access, and plenty of bikes-will definitely book again.

Great Location, Fully Stocked with everything we needed, Very comfortable

You can't beat the location (5-minute walk to either the Shark, or Sunriver Village). The house had every amenity we needed (plenty of kitchen dishes, games, CD's, air conditioning, Shark Passes. We would rent again.

We had 2 families with room for everyone. The house is very nicely laid out in a great room concept. Furnishings were good and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. We would stay again.

Clean, single level house in a great location. The only negative was the bed sheets on king and queen bed didn’t fit so always came loose.

House was great location & amenities! Loved the hot tub after a long day on the slopes! Kitchen had everything we needed! Beds were extremely comfortable! House was clean but the room with bunk beds needed some attention with sheets, their was a sock & Dr Pepper under the bed. We will definitely come back! Thank you!

I had to move dates around a couple of different times which can be a real hassel, came off without a hitch! Thanks again!

Great Location!

Overall we loved staying here! The layout of the house was great, tall ceilings, very light and the location couldn't be beat. The mattress in one of the rooms (non-master queen) dipped in the middle making it not as comfortable. And it could have been cleaned a little better (dust under couches and beds) and the deck was pretty dirty, but it's really dusty there so hard to keep decks clean. We would rent this place again, but hope they might consider replacing that mattress.

Hot tub didn’t work entire week!!

Great location but hot tub was broken all week, super disappointed. No wine glasses or coffee filters. Liked that TVs were in all rooms, bed were only ok.

Very old not very well-maintained

Very old not very well-maintained. The hot tub was not functioning. Outdoor spaces were covered in pine pollen and Pineneedles. Inside was kind of dusty. Would not recommend it. Not a good deal for the money.

Review of stay at Muscrat 5

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family reunion with the rental of 4 homes, Muscrat 5, Coyote 11, Otter 11 (?) and Lynx 8. All of the homes were great with the exception of the spas in each of the houses (don't know about the spa in Coyote as I don't believe that it was used). The spa in Muscrat 5 had some sort of leak, twince and needed repair which required the spa to need refilling which of course lead to cold water having to heat up; we were unable to use the spa at least 3 night due to this; the spa in Otter 11 wasn't installed until the last day of the visit and the spa at Lynx 8 had a continuous leak.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the house was very nice, but one of the grandkids was scalded in the shower as the water temperature wasn't consistant. It went from hot to freezing instantly. the hot tub litterally blew up and shot a flame outside the tub while the grandkids were IN it. Frightening!!!

Best house we've stayed in

We've been vacationing in Sunriver for years and my family all agree that this is the best house we've stayed in. Very comfortable for our family of 4. AC worked great since temps were in the 90's. We were so pleased to save money on bike rentals since there were many to choose from and all in great shape. Kitchen had everything. Nice big tvs in living and main bedroom. Hot tub and big deck were amazing. Location was close to everything. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Perfection!

Location, comfort, and all the details they put into making this the perfect gathering spot to create those memories in Sunriver that will last a lifetime. Kitchen is completely stocked, furniture is comfy, and linens are crisp. The ONLY negative thing is that the upper bunks do not have side rails. I had the boys sleep on the bottom only (which they were disappointed about.) I highly recommend putting in rails for safety purposes. Overall, a great little place and we will be back!
