Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Start a load of towels, please wash in hot water and spray and wash any spots prior to washing.

Take out trash and recycling. All trash cans and recycling are located on the side of the garage. There is a separate small blue bin for glass.

If used, please be sure propane tanks are off (knob turned all the way to the right) and return Corn Hole to its case in the garage, if it was used. Make sure all 8 bags have been collected.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! The listing is an excellent representation of the home and instructions provided before and during our stay were simple and easy. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen is nicely equipped for making meals, and the backyard is a great place to sip on morning coffee in the sun or enjoy the fire pit in the evening. The neighborhood was quiet and the location allows an easy walk to downtown Bend. We would happily stay here on our next visit!

This is a beautifully updated home with updated kitchen and bathroom. Extremely clean and great area for walking and biking. We were minutes from everywhere we needed to be. Check in and check out was super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

What a comfortable stay! Thie well appointed house was perfect for our Bend vacation. We appriciate the comfortable beds, linens & towel and cozy setting! A Perfect Home Base in Bend!

We absolutely loved our stay. This house had everything we needed and more! The garage was perfect for our snowboarding gear, the backyard was a beautiful space to hang out and the living room was a comfortable place to unwind after a full day of activities in Bend. Every detail has been covered here. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was so nice to have our own washer and dryer. We cannot recommend this home enough. The location was so convenient. We will definitely be back!

EXTENDED our stay to 8 nights - 6 star rating ******

PERFECT! Detached single family home, private, completely remodeled, two full size bedrooms with a detached full bathroom, perfectly sized living room, dining area and all new kitchen. There's a huge washer and dryer. Solid furnishings, with lots of natural light and plenty of lights recessed lights throughout the house. It's spacious with a large yard, bbq and I think outdoor fireplace (we were there in January so we didn't use the outdoor amenities). The owners may have used an interior designer as there is no clutter and the house is tastefully decorated. Everything one needs to cook a meal is included as well as dishwasher liquid and laundry powder.

Bend Orchard District home

The home was spotless, everything looking brand new with a well equipped kitchen. With newly refinished floors, it was reasonable to have visitors take off their shoes, which we did immediately - once we saw the sign after unloading our car. Maybe a more prominent sign would help and perhaps a bench or something right at the door. Also, perhaps a couple of towel bars in the bathroom would be welcome. One other item, the bathroom faucet seems to have its water supply lines reversed so the blue dot is hot and the red dot is cold water. Simple fix. Other than these minor items, all is good.

Delightful, Clean and Well-Stocked Bungalow!

We rented this adorable bungalow as it was within a block of our family's home who we were visiting for the week. Everything was exactly as pictured, and the home was sparkling clean and bright. What a great renovation the owners did! Very well-stocked, with everything we needed (coffee, filters, tea, paper towels, toilet tissue, clothes and dishwasher detergents, dish liquid, garbage bags, 2 amenity-sized bath soaps, water filter pitcher). Smart TV in living room, spacious back yard with gas grill and privacy fencing, easy electronic lock. Owners were very quick to respond when we experienced a couple of minor issues (coffee maker did not work our first morning, which they replaced same-day; electronic lock malfunctioned, which they reset within the hour). Master bed was comfortable, with fans provided in garage if needed. Plenty of storage space. We unfortunately had an accident that damaged the finish on a nightstand; the owner was very kind and understanding when we notified her with photo. Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood just a few blocks from a Safeway grocery and numerous eateries; downtown Bend an approximate 10-12 minute drive. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again on our next visit; therefore, we highly recommend it for a couple or a small family of 4!

Just needed a place to sleep as we were attending our aunt and uncle's 67th wedding anniversary.
