Large home with comfortable beds, pool table, and hot tub

This would be a great place for a large family or a two families to come together, play pool, maybe some board games, and soak in the hot tub. Lots of space and very comfortable beds.

Nice potential but missing some easy upgrades. Kitchen cookware so so, old saggy recliners, very basic cable in living room on small tv (no ESPN!). Bring a Roku or fire stik! Bike chains unreliable despite attempts to adjust. Nice hot tub and pool table (though pockets are falling apart). Good beds. Lovely area.

First time in Sunriver

We really enjoyed the hot tub and the bikes. The fireplace worked well. There were only 2 of us in the house so we had plenty of room. We never used the game room or pool table. The house was definitely dated and could use some updates especially in the bedroom carpets and the baseboards. Kitchen was fairly well stocked and spacious.

Sunriver is Awesome!

The house was clean and accommodated our party of 6 nicely. I have a few comments and suggestions. Things I would recommend: extra pillow cases for the extra pillows, more dish towels in the kitchen and a few dish cloths in the kitchen. Comments: the tower fan in the master bedroom makes a squealing noise periodically (woke me up a time or two), the AC makes noise like it’s running but does not cool the home (in fact the temperature goes up after turning it on), we used the cool night air with windows open to cool the house and closed them when it began to warm up but between 1:00-ish and 6:00ish pm, the house was VERY warm, with no cooling capability. The home seems old and could use updates in some areas: screens on all windows, repair accordion doors on closets. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. Having access to bikes was amazing and riding through Sunriver was so cool!

Nice stay

We enjoyed the Dutchman 5 this past week. The bikes were nice and saved us from renting. We had a low temp Hottub but with a phone call this was fixed within 25 minutes which was outstanding. Location is a bit away Friday m the Village where we’ve stayed on previous visits to Sunriver, but it was extremely quiet and enjoyed the privacy of the back area. The tv selection was limited and no sports packages, however that was probably a good thing. The pool table and side room was a hit with us and provided many hours of entertainment and enjoyment. Great kitchen setup as we cooked several meals.

Dutchman is Good!

Some things we enjoyed about staying at the Dutchman house was that it was clean and stocked nicely with all the things to make you feel like your in your own home. The Hot tub was fantastic and we'll maintained. The indoor space with the pool table was a perfect place to play pool and although we didn't get a chance to use the bicycles they looked pretty nice as well. All and all it was a nice place to stay and we'd recommend it

Great property with fantastic amenities. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possible need. Hot tub was very clean and in fabulous condition. Plenty of bike paths to ride around on and many restaurants/stores very close by in the neighborhood. 10/10

Loved how accommodating the house is with bedrooms on opposite ends, the private (very small) back yard, the hot tub, the rec room with a pool table, and the location. This house would be perfect for families with children because of the bunkroom and the extra sleeping space (two twin beds) off the pool/rec room.

Nice place still need up dating..Washer and Dryer r old and broke didn't figure out how to run them....The Master bathroom very small.Beds were comfortable .Stove would be nice if u knew what burner u were turning on so faded could not tell...Had a great stay here but need to de updated.

Great Home!

Perfect home for 2 or 3 couples. Had the hot tub and the pool table. Nice comfy couches and fireplace. The only thing we wish is that the place had a better cable package. Very limited channels and we are older so we are not into streaming.

Spacious and clean with everything you need.

This home was very spacious for our family of 5. The home was clean and had plenty of supplies in the kitchen (spices included). It was located on a great street with a cul de sac at the end. My kids felt safe riding on the street and loved riding around all the bike paths in Sunriver. If possible we will stay here again.

Very spacious

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was big enough for our family of 5. It came with bikes and beach towels which we used nearly every day. The kids liked to play basketball in the driveway, play pool, and go in the hot tub. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee or wine in the front and back patio. Great vibes in this home. We’d stay here again.

Dutchman 5 Vacation Home

We loved how spacious and convenient the home was to everything in Sunriver. It had everything that we needed for our family to enjoy. The only things that needed improvement was the hot tub kept shutting down - tripping the breaker, but my electrical engineer husband was able to handle that with no issues. Also, the bikes were great to have on hand, but they all could use some maintenance. My daughter's bike chain kept on falling off and one other bike had a very loose kickstand that wasn't functional. Other than those minor items, we had a great time and would certainly return in the future.
