Great Home for Family Vacations!

This home was in a great location and close to great bike paths. The home is perfect for a larger family and it's extra nice to have the second bedroom downstairs with it's own bathroom and shower. Great layout for family gatherings with a comfortable living room and a big kitchen table.

Great house. Clean and comfortable. It is located at the far edge of sunriver so it took a bit to get to the Sharc pool area and village, but it was in a very Quiet and peaceful area, and close to the river trail.

Nice house quiet location

Big enough for our group. Nice hot tub. Quiet location but a bit far from the village for biking. A bit hot at night because the air conditioning was set at 72 so upstairs bedrooms were a bit uncomfortable at times. Instructions would not allow us to turn air conditioning down to at least 70. Seems a bit odd.

Sunriver family time

House was a great layout for family and friends & dog. Hot tub lid broken and waterlogged, unable to lift off. One call to the local number and hot tub comp delivered a new cover and balanced water! Kids loved building fairy houses off the back patio with pinecones and bark. Unfortunately smoke was a problem. Garage pin pong and cornhole helpful. And large table for cards and dominoes. Good place.

Great Family Vacation

Very nice property. Very comfortable and roomy. Amply sticked kitchen. Would recommend more potholders and dishtowels. Hot tub was not hot and then quit working. Gas on barbeque was empty but refilled in a timely manner. Overall great stay.

Best vacation house we've stayed at!

This house was perfect for me and my family. We have the best time! There wasn't much snow and it was Christmas so we didn't get to go sledding at the SHARC, but it was still the best vacation we've had in a long time. The rooms were great -- big sizes, nice beds, very comfortable. The kitchen was fully, fully stocked. With more than we would have ever needed. The hot tub was amazing. There was nothing about this trip we didn't enjoy. The home itself was very roomy, very comfortable, everything we needed. There were 9 of us and not once did we all feel crowded or cramped. We went there this year because we lost our mom / my Dad's wife of 52 years on November 11th and being at home for Christmas just wouldn't have been the same for us. This place provided us the perfect getaway. We worried about how it would be, being away from home for Christmas...but we couldn't have had a better experience. The people checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. They made sure I had their number in case we needed anything. If you go in the summer months there's bikes, there's a BBQ, there's patio furniture, everything you would need to go outside and have fun. We are already talking about renting it next year, if it's available. We've all stayed at many vacation rentals, and this was the absolute best by far. Can't recommend it enough! ONLY thing we would change if we could, the master bedroom did not have a door to the bathroom and there was a glass shower. And the bed was right next the doorway. I ended up sharing that room with my sister, so that made things a little uncomfortable at a couple points. But we just had the other one leave when we showered. Outside of this -- chef's kiss!

not as nice as other sunriver rentals

Nice location, lots of beds but we’ve stayed at many sunriver rentals and found this place to be surprisingly run down for the price. Hot tub is showing its age, bikes in the garage missing brake pads/generally not nice to ride, upstairs bedroom has a sheet stuck up over the window instead of blinds, and no door on the bathroom in the main floor suite is very strange … was expecting better based on price and reviews.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was pretty clean and all the appliances and amenities worked well. I think the kitchen could use some more cooking utensils, possibly some newer pots and pans. Also, the shower heads were old and crusty. They should be replaced. The beds were all super comfortable though and that's rare to find in a rental. All in all it was a great house. I would recommend this house to family and friends

80th Birthday Week-end

We gathered with our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren to celebrate an 80th birthday. This house was convenient to lots of activities, spacious and comfortable for a group of family members. The kitchen was fantastic as we made many meals during our stay. It was a wonderful week-end!

Great house - Great location!

Our family spent 5 nights here with ages ranging from 2 to 70. The house is in a great location (short bike or walk to entrance of the National Forest). The house is also fully stocked in the kitchen, some children’s toys and books, bicycles, puzzles and games. The house was also clean and comfortable and check in was easy. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend staying here to anyone!

Our stay was just fine - but a couple of things would have made our stay excellent:

We had a great time, and over all the house was lovely - there are a couple things that could be managed from you all to bring the experience from ok -to - fantastic. There was a Constant loud Humming noise at the entry way - the air system? Sweeping the master porch off would have been great, we were walking through debris all weekend to the hot tub.. The Front right burner on the gas range was very difficult to light, took several minutes each time. There was a piece of old Cheese, garbage wrappers and game pieces under the couch - visible from sitting on the other sofa. No outside furniture? It was such a beautiful weekend - why wasn’t there any outdoor seating? Coffee filters? I’ve rented many houses and I know to bring coffee, but there weren’t any coffee filters! We had to go to the store and buy a pack of 100 - we left them for the next guests. And just some basics, plastic wrap, zip lock bags or tin foil would have been great to store our left overs. Again, we had to go to the store. Hope you will take these things into consideration to improve the overall guest experience - it’s the little things that matter most!

11 people were comfortable

The place was fine for 11 people (4 were kids). The hot tub was cold but they sent over a guys who came quickly and got it heating so we could soaking the next day. The place was clean and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed the gas fireplace.
