Steps away from the Deschutes River, biking/walking paths & golf course, our luxury Sunriver retreat (One Deschutes Lane) is in the perfect location! Featuring 3 king master suites, a huge built-in bunkhouse with 6 beds, an additional king bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa - our house sleeps 16! And the amenities are endless... 12 SHARC passes, hot tub, Level 2 universal electric vehicle charger, A/C, fireplace, chef's kitchen, ping pong table, shuffle board table, old school arcade, bikes, wifi and more!

Our home was built in 2019 and specifically designed as a family friendly vacation rental, great for large groups. Upon entering the home, you will walk into the great room with a massive fireplace, vaulted ceiling with wood beams and huge views. Gather with your group for games, cocktails or to watch your favorite film on the 65 inch TV with Sonos sound bar.

The adjacent gourmet kitchen is a chefs delight and includes all the tools needed to prepare meals for large gatherings, including a huge table with a built-in bench and eat-up bar. Take the party outdoors to our lounge and dining areas with a large hot tub and gas BBQ, all set in a beautiful green space.

The main level features 3 luxurious king bedroom suites, each boasting all of the same amenities you would expect in a high-end hotel and more... luxury bed linens and towels, fancy bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Additionally, there is a large mudroom with a new washer and dryer, and a large bench and storage for shoes and gear.

Head upstairs to the play area... with a second living room, full sized shuffle board, arcade, custom built-in bunkhouse and queen sized sofa bed. Additionally, there is another king bedroom and a huge bathroom with amazing sink (look at the photos).

Head to the garage for a championship sized ping pong table and 8 bikes of varying sizes and a an additional refrigerator, perfect for large groups.

Bring your fly rod and hiking boots to explore the area! Float the river in the Summer! Ski, snowboard or snowshoe in the winter! Our home includes 12 passes to Sunriver's 20 million-dollar year-round water park (SHARC) & sledding hill (winter)! Sunriver is located about 30 minutes to Mt Bachelor and 15 minutes to Bend. The area is spectacular!
