Great location and amenities

Love the facilities, great pools, have serviceable food but the proximity to the mountain and to Bend make this a prime location for ski days. Unit was very comfortable, met all of our cooking needs and the bed was awesome. Did not try the Murphy bed but if it is in the same condition as the rest of the place, it would be good.

House keeping needs some help

Overall it was fine. The cleanliness of it was disappointing. Left us feeling less relaxed than we would have liked to be. Wish they had an updated coffee maker like a keurig. Probably would not stay again.

Birthday weekend.

Such a wonderful little place. It was perfect for the wife and I. Close enough to the wonderful dining and shopping of Bend but far enough away to feel like a vacation. If there was one wish it would be more comfy seats on the patio, but since we spent our evenings watching the Olympics it wasn’t an issue. Thank you for sharing your home.

Room was dirty. We felt like it had not been cleaned at all. There was hair in all the beds and on the pillows. White spots on the couch and bar stools. What appeared to be blood on the wall in the bedroom. If it was cleaned they did a very poor job. We requested the housekeeper come and they did the next day around 5pm. They said they would come clean what we took pictures of. We would not stay there again. I have requested a refund and nobody has replied to my requests.

Updated apartment but noise in the bedroom

The apartment has been updated. Nice bed but the heat inside the room keep making a clicking sound even it is not on. Look like the thermostat/ relay etc keep making a click sound at night. It is hard to get a good sleep. Try to sleep in the Murphy bed at the living area but that bed is not comfortable.

Typical Seventh Mountain unit

Unit was clean, lay out was a bit funky but worked for us. Nice having 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the tv/remote to work properly (the volume was on full blast and no way to make adjustments.) So we were able to watch a movie on the cozy couch. The tv in the bedroom is only cable. Just salt and pepper provided so bring everything if you intend to cook. Which we usually do during ski season but not for this time of year. I believe this is the only bldg that doesn’t back up into the forest, so the balcony view is the interior grassy area of the property. The upper pools were under maintenance while we were there (and weren’t told ahead of time) so just the large pool and the lower hot tub area was open, but it wasn’t a crowded weekend so it was not too busy or an issue.

Good rental but needs some deep cleaning.

We stayed Wednesday through Saturday and overall it is a good rental. We had to vacuum the couch when we arrived because of the amount of dog hair and popcorn on and in the couch. We weren’t in the condo much until Friday and the more we looked the dirty the condo got and we found dog hair on everything. I notified Vacasa late Friday afternoon about how there is dog hair on all surfaces(carpet, counters, bedding) and the walls had food and liquid splatter on most of them and everything needed to be cleaned. They offered to send someone to clean but we declined as our kid just went down for a nap and we were leaving early the next day. The rental would greatly benefit from a deep clean as it does not look like it has been cleaned in a while. Request a discount for our stay but have not received a response yet
