Summary:
Luxurious cabin, inside Sunriver, with private hot tub, sleeps 10, pet friendly, with bikes.

The Space:
Centrally located in Sunriver with easy access to 35+ miles of paved bike paths and walking trails. 5 Aquila Lodge is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath cabin, with everything you need for vacationing in Sunriver! Sleeps up to 10 comfortably.

A deluxe kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals, including stainless steel appliances, a large island with breakfast bar, and a large dining room table for gathering. High vaulted ceilings and large windows bring in the natural light and provide a tranquil atmosphere.

The primary bedroom is located downstairs and includes a California king bed, a gas fireplace, ensuite master bathroom with double vanity.
Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. One has a California king bed with a twin trundle bed, sleeping up to 4. The other bedroom has a California king bed and sofa pull out. Additionally, upstairs you will have a full bathroom with double vanity. Need extra room for sleeping for the kids? The loft has an extra sofa pull out.

Was expecting a house and this is a condo. There is no AC so it is very hot upstairs in the evenings, the window AC barely works downstairs. The kitchen needed stocked with basics. The bikes were only for adults or tiny kids so we had to rent bikes for our 10 year olds. Stay was fine but was overpriced for what we got.

This home was just right for our family. good location, hot tub, near the trail and short distance to the observatory. Back yard is pretty small with the Recycle center right on the other side of the fence.

Great Place!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend. Kitchen was well stocked to cook everything we needed to. Place was clean and well maintained, especially for allowing pets! Will definitely keep it in mind next time!

Nice place except for the Recycle Center that runs 24hrs at day directly behind the unit.

If you can get over the duck tape on the old couches holding them together and the fact that a recycle center operates at all hours of the day and night that you can hear, it is a nice place. The large equipment with loud beeping noises and grinding sounds literally shakes the house, even on Christmas morning at 1 am. This is not a luxury rental. Old TV's with complicated, outdated equipment. The Netflix in the master bedroom never worked. Spa at 85 degrees is unusable. There was no additional instructions or care put into directions and conveniences of the house. The management company made no effort to get us in early, even after repeated requests. The cleaning staff did an adequate job but, bumping into them, she was a complete b... The fire places are nice and it was spacious enough to spread out and enjoy. I will come back to Sunriver but, will skip on this overpriced spot.

Nice Dog friendly home

We love Sunriver and all it has to offer. This house was great for two adults, two dogs and 4 teenagers. Great space. The neighborhood is nice and so close to Sharc and Village on bikes but kinda a bummer it is right by the recycling station. The house was clean but for a dog friendly home wish their would have been large dog water bowls. I would suggest buying some new fans that work as it does get very warm at night for not having AC in the home. Overall great house, neighborhood and Sunriver never disappoints. We will be back!

I really enjoyed staying here it was fun. I did rate the location a 3 due to the recycling center.

Being in the backyard. Although it wasn't a huge deal it was however noisy at times. I did have issues with the internet and Netflix on some of the TV's and there was not a way to cast to the TV either. I guess maybe next time I can just bring a fire stick or HDMI and laptop.

Great location and great layout

Wonderful place. Even though it is attached to another home, it definitely felt like a stand alone home. Totally privacy and very secure. Great layout and worked really well for our family. My only thing to remark is there are no bike helmets, or at least we couldn't find any, so if your kids' use their bikes, you still need to rent helmets - which was really no big deal! Enjoyed our stay very much,

Relaxing vacation

This property was perfect for our family. I accommodated all of us comfortably. There was plenty of things to do to keep everyone happy. The address was a little tricky in that you needed a # on the unit and all we had was an address but we figured it out. I will go this again. Lovely walks and biking right from the door all through Sunriver and the surrounding country.

Could have been better

The floor was not clean when we arrived. Paper products, soap, etc. had not been re-stocked. The air conditioning struggled and ultimately failed to keep the house cool most every day. On the plus side, the kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware, a good sized refrigerator/freezer, and appliances. Televisions were fine. Hot tub was fine. location, even though it is next to the recycling center, was great. A nice little neighborhood tucked away by itself.

Sunriver as COVID-19 subsides

The sun still shines, bike and walking trails function properly, social distancing is no problem. Had a great 4 days and would recommend for all those who need a break from the pandemic.

Private, spacious Central Sunriver

Family of 6 grown adults loved the stay. Well equipped, extremely comfortable and quiet. Never heard a thing from neighbors. Easy access to bike path, Village, SHARC, marina, and stable. Would stay again!

Nice house dirty carpet

This is a very nice home. It needs new carpet to make the home spectacular. I didn't like that the backyard abuts the road maintenance dept. and recycling center...it was very noisy in the early hours. The home layout is great for a nice group of people and we had a great time. I'm always astounded when you pay thousands of dollars to stay somewhere that they supply you with the cheapest toilet paper you can buy.
