House in Bend

We had a wonderful stay at the Rock Bluff house. Our family goes to Bend every Summer and the location of this house is great! It’s just a short drive to everything and we loved accessing the Deschutes River Trail from the back yard! We had plenty of room in the house and really enjoyed bringing our fur babies that loved playing in the back yard. We loved sitting outside in the crisp early mornings and listening to all of the many bird varieties too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay!

From the clean rooms and stocked kitchen to make a large family meal, to the big outdoor patio and nice BBQ grill, we had a great trip here! Central to golf and downtown, we will definitely be coming back

Fantastic Home

Home was perfect form 9 adults to stay in, everything in perfect working order, very close to all business in Bend. great running trail right out the back door. we definitely will rent this house again next year. Overall nice home with 5 bedrooms, hot tub, and kitchen with all you need to cook. Fireplace produced plenty of heat. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to Old Mill District.

Family Christmas in Bend

The Rock Bluff, South West Bend home was ideal for our family to gather, and make wonderful memories.Perfectly located right off the Deschutes South Canyon trail, this "basecamp" offered adventurous access to hours of hiking enjoyment for both two-legged and four-legged family members.The hot tub and deck BBQ were perfect for grilling and after skiing warming up.Comfortable accommodations throughout made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Great place for a group getaway

We stayed in Bend for an extended birthday weekend. This house was a great pick--good location, quiet, well-stocked, clean. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals, and the common areas were great for hanging out as a group. Hosts were very responsive, too.

Family Vacation - Excellent Home Base

We were incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of the house! The house was well-equipped and had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was great to relax in. The property managers were very easy to communicate with which was a bonus. Overall, it was a very nice property and we’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Rock Bluff Vacation Home

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Bend. There are just a few things that could’ve made our stay a little better. We had wasps on the deck in the backyard, which I texted the management company about and never heard back. My son-in-law had to deal with them and take down the nest. No one ever came to mow the backyard in the 10 days we were there and the grass got very high, to the point where it was difficult to clean up after our pets. In the description of the property there’s a play structure for kids mentioned that was not there and that was a little disappointing as I had mentioned it to my granddaughter. Thank you.

Great rental

The rental property was exactly as described and shown in pictures. It was located in a very safe neighborhood convenient to downtown but right next to river hiking trail. If we return to Ben, we would go back to this property or definitely use the rental/real estate management company.

Amazing getaway!

This house is conveniently located. Very quiet neighborhood, easy access to shopping, restaurants and grocery. This property is spotless, very clean, fully equipped with amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Our favorite is spending time on the deck, use of the hot tub and taking a walk on the Deschutes River trail. Victoria and her team are very responsive and attended to our needs when we had questions. We highly recommend this property to other guests!

International cyclists in Bend OR

Had a group of 6 cyclists from around the world come to the property which not only met all our expectations but exceeded them. Abundant towels, garbage bags, shampoo and conditioner as well as remotes for the garage. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great. Super clean and well kept home in a great location close to many stores. Would definitely stay again.

Phenomenal Spot for a Milestone Birthday

I recently celebrated a milestone birthday in Bend, with friends from NYC, Boston and San Francisco. The space was so bright and accommodating, there was more than enough space, the kitchen and closets were very well stocked with linens and towels, cooking and servingware, etc. The hot tub was incredible. The grill was great. We did not have to rent tubes for our float down the Deschutes because there were six provided on the property. Everyone raved about this place; I'd absolutely book it again in a heartbeat.

Great House, Missed on Amenities

The house itself is good in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms. However, it got pretty hot inside during the day as the AC does not seem to be working well - had to wait for night time for things to cool down. The hot tub in the back did not actually get hot - never went above 95 which felt lukewarm (100-102 is usually normal). It also looked dirty and felt slimy to the touch, there were clouds of stuff and some hair coming out of the filter area. Owner did offer to come shock it and add water but I'm not sure that would have addressed the root issues in terms of heating and cleanliness. Overall the communication was responsive. Can't say I'd recommend it over other places we've stayed in Bend, but was fine for our stay.
